Entry level unit in a good position with NO Aircon. .

Not one plant or painting to make it look welcome
Too minamilistic , concrete, metal cold looking entrance .
NO Aircon
NO mirror big enough to see yourself in , in the whole apartment, apart from the bathroom .

Unprofessional, Warm and couldn't sleep because of no aircob
Pros:

Take note, out of season paid R4500 for 2 nights, Don't forget your R2500 deposit you need to pay upon booking and wait 7 days for refuns.

FOR R4500 NO AIRCOB

Cons:

The host attitude, telling me there no aircon listed on app and want to show me.

In Seq Point you take it as a basic thing you don't have to check especially in the price range we've paid,

Arrogant and debating me on the matter that for a R4500 hotel room not having aircon is fine because it was not listed.

Overall, ongoing noise, limited ventilation, and a small bed for two significantly reduced the quality of the stay.
Pros:

Excellent location with convenient access to nearby areas. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well presented.

Cons:

There was excessive noise coming from within the apartment building at night and in the early mornings, which made it very difficult to sleep. The lack of air conditioning meant the windows had to remain open, further amplifying the disturbance. In addition, the bed was quite small for two people, which also affected sleep quality.

Other than the issues above, it was lovely and pleasant

Location was amazing and size of unit was very good.

Cons:

We checked in for 3 nights and no one informed us that the building had a water issue and that there was no hot water or any water pressure. For 2 of the 3 days we had this problem. On check out I left my medicine in the fridge… 2 hours later I had messaged the agent to ask to please check if it was in the fridge and I was told the next morning only that the cleaning service had thrown it all away. Very disappointed in that

Fantastic location. Secure building.

Cons:

The only bump was the lack of air conditioning as it can get very hot in the afternoon. The fan helped, but everything else was excellent. Would stay again.

It was amazing
Pros:

This place was perfect for our stay in Cape Town. It was super comfy, super beautiful, spacious too. The equipment was up to date, we even had a sea view. The staff were so helpful, I phoned about 7 times when I get lost on entering the place and they did not once get fed up with me lol. Love their patience, love the stay. I loved how chill it was. I will be back. If you want luxury, and an extremely good location, without it feeling overwhelming or having too much people around you, this place is for you
