Te nastanitve ne priporočam.Osebje neprijazno,počasno.Bazen velik,vendar umazan.Zajtrk slabo postreženo.Ponoči hrup do 3 zjutraj-pijani gostje.
Trevliga bungalows med pool o grönska
Vi var 2 par på boendet. Bar och restaurang som inte hade något. Läcker meny men allt slut. Kocken semester o köket sköttes av lärling. Baren hade ingenting, öl vin eller drinkar, fanns ej.
Poolen stillastående vatten. Dörr gick ej låsa, plockade ej rent där man vistades, tex åsneskit.
Så besvikna.
The cabanas are really nice, as the surrounding. Just that.
Where to start?!
- Well, first night issue “we had a problem with booking and the cabanas are not available, we will give you an upstair room the first night - ok. The upstair room: ment to be a staff room, converted in a guest room with smell problems, fuzed lights and placed in between of other staff rooms - we literarily got a key with the key chain stating: “stuff room”.
- The swimming pool is horrific. If you don’t want to get sick don’t you dare enter. I think it has no filters at all as there were 0 filter machinery noise during our stay. The water is cloudy, the lights are not working and they are rusty with wires floating in the water. This swimming pool should be illegal.
- the stuff doesn’t speak English. The manager speaked some but he would completely forget all our basic requests.
- breakfast: 1/5. They don’t ask for any food restrictions or allergies. You get what they give you and thats it.
The food quality was bad. The fresh juice was a mixture of bottled juice, a lot of sugar, water and a small part of fresh juice. The coffee is outrageous.
Request a one side fried egg, and you will receive an omelette. Request an omelette and you will receive a fried egg. Tell them “no juice today” and you will receive a juice right away. You might get served first even if you came last or the other way around. The manager is almost never there to help the waitresses that speak 2 words of english. The waitresses are young with 0 experience, waking around like they have all the time in the world dragging their slippers as they walk around. I had never such a depressing breakfast service in my life.
This place has good potential, but its very badly managed.
Eine paradiesische Anlage mit riesigem Pool,großzügigen Bungalows(Freiluftbad!)und gemütlichem Restaurant.Gut gelegen in einem Ort mit Geschäften und kleineren Lokalen.
Für die Holzliegen gibt's keine Auflagen.
Einen Gelsenstecker habe ich erst nach 2 Tagen bekommen. Sollte eigentlich zur Standardausstattung gehören, wenn es schon nirgendwo Mosqitonetze gibt.

Die Cottages sind schön modern und bieten viel Platz. Es ist eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Vorallem der Außenbereich ist sehr aufwändig gestaltet und wird jeden Tag vom Personal sauber gemacht.
Das Frühstück Ist lecker und es macht fun mit den Streifenhörnchen die Marmelade lieben.
Ushan hat uns viel geholfen. Egal ob ATM finden, Wäsche waschen, Dolphin-Tour planen oder Roller mieten. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank für alles! Er und sein Team haben uns wie Freunde behandelt und sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen was alles viel leichter gemacht hat.
Unter der Tür ist ein Spalt durch den Moskitos reinkommen. Ein zusätzliches Moskitonetz oder eine Dichtung wäre gut.

The bedroom was very comfortable, and it had a good size. The food was cooked very nicely but couldn't really eat or enjoy the stay because of the flies around you.
The hotel was full of flies everywhere. We arrived in the afternoon and asked for lunch and the staff told us to eat in the rooms because they were too many flies. The restaurant was an open space with no fans. So in the morning we tried to have breakfast and we couldn't because of the flies. They had a very nice swimming pool, but the edges were full of dead flies.
Also, the bathroom in each room didn't have a roof, so every time you were opening the door, flies would fly in the room.

Everything is just a perfect . Amazing place,view and villas specially pool.Extremely well designed villas .the breakfast was fantastic.the staff listen everyone's wishes fast and friendly service.you will feel like at home.quite and so peaceful.100% recommend👍
The service provided by hotel staff was really great - Ushan Pinsara was super accommodating, as we went on an early boat trip and he kindly provided breakfast upon our return, despite being outside of the time allocation; we really did appreciate his help! The beach is really close and the family run business of boat trips and excursions, just 200m from the hotel, were amazing!
The pool was had a green substance coating the edges and we did not feel it was clean enough to use (but they were attending to it everyday) and we had to ask for new towels as even the replaced ones were stained. There was a slight smell in the room which a candle or room spray could fix.
Absolutely heavenly destination.Flawless hospitality and kindness from the whole resort team,so friendly and helpful.they organize whatever you want, perfect location for kite surfing.
the all-inclusive package was 100% worth it.excellent food, beautiful modern villas, clean and big.easy working distance to the beach.Especilly the pool here is very big and very beautiful.this is a great place where you can enjoy freedom.i will definitely come back
The property was clean ,presently extremely well.super affordable and pleasant for the price of pay.there staff are absolutely great ,very helpful with my request .you can ask anything and they are always available.very quiet and is a really great place to stay as a solo traveler.Food is great .

Breakfast was decent
Management staff! Everything seemed more complicated/difficult than it needed to be, response to questions online was virtually non-existent except to say they could handle my requests on site, only to be told to look it up on the internet when I got there (re tours, transfers). Additionally, they charged me for their booking.com commission fee, on top of what I was quoted! This has never happened anywhere else. Half the items on the restaurant menu weren't available either.
