Very basic bit low price near NEC
Pros:

Great low price

Cons:

Too much light getting into the room. Room wasn't ready when I arrived. Fire alarm went off at midnight on 1 night of my stay

Cons:

Receptionist didnt know what room I was supposed to be in. Then at 2am I was woken up to heaps of men chatting outside my room about a food order and another guest shouting to staff that his window wouldn't close. I couldn't get back to sleep again

Cons:

The entrance of reception was hundreds of bedding all over the place. The booking felt hostile. The room was not worth the money, the toilet didn't work, the shower was disgusting, the water wouldn't flush from the sink, the side lamp was broken, the blind was frayed and the windows had mould. The room was cold and not fit for purpose. Some pictures are enclosed. This seems to be a regular thing with some accommodation on your site I have been in. I would like to be refunded for such an appalling experience yet again with your company, thank you. I have lost faith in your company. These places should be vetted correctly before letting anyone stay. I await your reply, yours faithfully Ms P Amess.

Negative stay. Would never stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed

Cons:

The bed too big for the room and was on a slant.
The bathroom light didn’t work
The door to the room didn’t open easily due to the carpet restricting it.
The window was drafty and the outside traffic very noisy
Wasn’t really sure who was staff and who wasn’t as the man that checked us in was never seen again.

The hotel is disgusting we couldn’t stay there with our 5 year old it was unsanitary. I’ve requested refund and not heard back, I’ve messaged yourselves and not heard anything back poor on both sides
