Pros:

I really appreciate the service from the female receptionist at the registration counter. She was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. It made the check-in process very pleasant.

However, during Ramadan the sahur menu was not very worth it as the food choices were quite limited. Even omelet was not available.

On the other hand, the iftar menu was excellent with a good variety of food. I hope the hotel can improve the sahur menu in the future.

Central location and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location 2 mins walk from Chinatown, 15 mins walk to Burkit Bintag and mosque. Lovely view of the skyscrapers and even the petronas towers and KL tower from our room. During our time, the Ramadan buffet was tasty and nice to try local cuisine.

Cons:

Bathroom outdated but fit for purpose. Very picky but lights switches too far away from bed!

I would definitely recommend Ancasa hotel. Step out onto Chinatown, or a short walk to Jalan Alor.

On a réservé pour 6 personnes on a eu des chambres pour 4 personnes il fallait rajouter de l’argent pour avoir un lit sinon deux personnes dormaient par terre ils en avaient rien à faire

没有华人工作人员，但是服务态度好，我英文不好会耐心帮助。位置很好，去哪个打卡点都不远，住了三晚后面又决定来这再住一晚回国。

设施比较旧，但是基本该有的都有，但是结合位置之类的综合来看性价比是高的。
