We had amazing city views from a clean, comfortable, spacious corner room with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel's well located in Chinatown neat public transport.
Location
Old furnitures and need renovation.
Good location for that side of the city. Bearable room.
Dated room, hair caked into the carpet, big gaps in the window seals so it was noisy from the road outside at night and they didn't have any earplugs to provide. Tried both breakfasts and neither were very good. Was expecting a lot nicer.
Location, cleanliness and reception staff(Malay Lady with headscarf)very friendly n helpful

It's a very convenient place to stay.
Near night market and different varieties of food we can choose. That's y we have been gg back to stay at this hotel. The front desk staffs were polite with smiling face.
Super dislike the bell boy, super rude all the times whenever we back to the hotel.
We always drive from Singapore to KL, park our car at the valet area. This fellow always raise his voice and started yelling at us. Saying we are not allowed to park there. We paid for the valet parking services, y can't he check with front desk staffs first before approaching rudely to we guests ? It's not the first time, it's always happens whenever we stay at this hotel.
Worst encounter!!!
We have our breakfast at the hotel. There's big group of indian tourists, one of the family members used their bare hands to take the food on food counter !!! They even choose the bread with their bare hands, not those tongs which were placed it at the food counters ! That's so disgusting! The servers saw it but they were not stopping that group of indian guests. The staffs were just watching me telling the Indiam tourists off, doing anything.
