Nothing at all..... Its a scam hotel kindly dont book for your own safety.

Cons:

1. First and foremost, the hotel "Hotel O Badrinath Road" Tapovan does not exist, and the booking is offered to a hotel which does not exist (just try locating it on Google Maps!!!). This is a serious offence, almost criminal, on part of booking.com.

2. The number provided during booking confirmation was connected to a person who shared the wrong location of the hotel, which led us to a hotel named "Aloha". The security of this hotel then talked to the same person, and finally we reached the "Hotel", whose name was "Hotel Jaison's".

3. I was with my wife,10 year old son, two year old daughter and a senior citizen. Now after checking in at the hotel at about 3 PM on Nov 1, the room offered was foul smelling and in an extremely bad condition. We requested to change the room, and another one was offered, which was also not in good condition. The taps were broken in the toilet, the room was unclean and not in a livable condition.

4. Moreover, there was no water supply and the lifts stopped working when power supply got disrupted. Since the room offered to us was on the 2nd floor, lift service is crucial, especially when there is a senior citizen and an infant... It is a serious safety and security issue.

5. After repeated requests they restored the water supply, and power came back after sometime,. The fact that the power back-up was only for essential lighting and not for corridors or lifts put us in stress, as there was no guarantee this episode wont repeat.

6. I dialled the customer care number and informed the booking.com person, and she told me to share it via email.

7. Concerned over the safety and security for my family, I checked out around 4 PM on Nov 1, and they did not even complete the check out formalities (signing etc) !!!

8. I see that this fraud hotel is still figuring in booking.com, continuing to cheat people, with no concern whatsoever for the serious concerns I had raised !!!

It was fine but as per the features and facilities they promise at the site, it didn't full fill.
Pros:

Staff was helpful 24*7.

Cons:

I was here for 2 nights. For one complete night wifi wasn't available at all. There was no room with view although they promise it in their facilities availability.
They also promise to have breakfast system which again wasn't available at the property. Room was filled with spider web at corners. When I asked them to sweep and mop the room, they only provide sweeping facility but refuse to mop. On the last day in the morning the property got out of water supply due to which I remained stuck for about 15 minutes in the bathroom.
