это отличное жилье, все очень чисто, убирались каждый день, разнообразные завтраки, месторасположение - великолепное, рядом много заведений, набережная, вокруг все в зелени, я просто в восторге от этого жилья и буду рекомендовать его своим друзьям. персонал очень дружелюбный.

Cons:

本次入住是一次非常糟糕、令人失望的住宿经历，全程服务混乱、推诿责任，毫无服务意识。
我当天生病发烧，提前与酒店确认上午 11 点进行客房打扫，下午 4 点返回房间时，完全未做任何清理。联系前台后，对方不解决问题，反而全程推卸责任，称是与保洁阿姨沟通有误、旺季繁忙等理由搪塞。
我提出合理诉求：升级房型或适当补偿，均被直接拒绝。工作人员多次强调 “我们是央企，不能赔偿”，态度强硬且敷衍，最后强行塞给我不想要的早餐券了事。
作为生病需要休息的客人，不仅没有得到基本服务与关怀，反而被推诿、冷处理，投诉无门，体验感极差。
卫生服务不达标、管理混乱、态度恶劣，同等价位有太多更好选择，绝不会再入住，也不推荐任何人入住。
