Хотелът беше добре обзаведен, локацията е удобна, стаите бяха просторни.
Камериерката не влизаше да почисти и да вземе старите кърпи, на втория ден ни се счупи климатика и почти до края на престоя бяхме лъгани от служителите, че проблема ще бъде оправен, след многобройни разговори, молби и караници ни беше отказана смяна на стаята, а климатика така и не проработи. До момент в който не стигнахме до шефовете на хотела и бяхме преместени за 10 мин. Служителите на рецепция и пиколото бяха изключително груби, а напитките от бара бяха до такава степен пълни с оцветители, че сламката в две от чашите беше наситено оцветена. За хотел с 4 звезди и за такава престижна верига е срамота, да оставят гостите си да спят на зверски жеги без климатик и да отказват съдействие.
Value for money was top notch, bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly tho, there also wasn’t a wardrobe which made it hard for 3 people to hang up their stuff on the 5 or so hangers whoch were provided. The fridge was pretty noisy at night and when plugging it out it will start to leak. Only booked breakfast and it was amazing, so much to choose from. The staff was incredible, Todor at the front desk even spoke german and explained every procedure regarding pool-towels/general policy.

Mâncarea bună, activități, am prins loc de parcare în fața hotelului (chiar dacă a fost contra cost, cum e peste tot)

per anasamblu personalul si serviciile au fost conform asteptarilor. hotel linistit, relativ apropiat de plaja si centrul statiunii.

Dostaliśmy apartament zamiast pokoju standard zupełnie za darmo bardzo dziękujemy.
Bardzo czysto.
Jedzenie dobre, kawa dobra jak na automat, drinki oraz piwo ok.
Obsługa bardzo miła łatwo się porozumieć po angielsku.
Ogólnie jestem pod wrażeniem czystości stołówka sprzątana na bieżąco ledwie odłożysz talerz a nawet nie wiesz kiedy zostanie zabrany ale to na plus.
Gdyby miał się do czegoś przyczepić:
Soki z automatów tragiczne sama chemia.
Również uważa że rezerwowanie leżaków już w trakcie śniadania jest słabe powinno być zabronione.
Co nie zmienia faktu że bardzo nam się podobało i na pewno wrocimy.
Inca de la check in am avut o mare supriza ,in semn de recunoastinta ca am revenit la ei in aceeasi perioada ca anul trecut ne-au facut up date de camera si ne-au oferit un apartament(53 m) cu complimente din partea hotelului, noi avand rezervare camera dubla.
Chiar daca era 15 septembrie totul se desfasura ca in plin sezon inclusiv in statiune.
Mancarea diversificata, serile tematice : asiatica , bulgareasca, italiana pentu toate gusturile
personalul tanar si foarte amabil( la bar Katalina), seara animatie.
in camere personalul de la curatenie a intrat zilnic, si a schimbat prosoapele zilnic.

P.S. Am vrut sa mergem si de 1 mai 2025 aici dar nu era deschis.
Iar anul trecut(2024) ne-a placut asa de mult incat am mai stat inca o noapte.
