nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstück war entsprechend, frisches Brot und genügend Auswahl. Da das Dorf autofrei ist, ist der Shuttleservice bei Ankunft und Abreise dankbar.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft war unser Zimmer schmutzig, wir haben höflich darum gebeten, dass zumindest die Bettwäsche (voller Haare) gewechselt wird. Als wir in das Zimmer zurückkehrten, war dies jedoch unverändert. Vom Herrn am Empfang erhielten wir zuerst Ausreden („viele neue Mitarbeiter, die noch nicht so effizient sind“) und anschliessend hiess es, wir sollen nicht erwarten, dass die Bettwäsche geglättet sei. Erst als wir darauf bestanden wurde jemand geschickt, der die Bettwäsche widerwillig gewechselt hat.
Auch beim Morgenbuffet haben wir gesehen, wie eine runtergefallene Gabel zum frischen Besteck gelegt wurde. Wer Wert auf eine saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft legt, ist hier an der falschen Adresse.
Der vom Hotel angebotene Shuttleservice ist schlecht organisiert, wir haben extra die Abreisezeit besprochen, da wir mit den ÖV angereist sind. Es hiess das sei kein Problem, jedoch war zur vereinbarten Zeit niemand da, sodass wir den Bus verpasst hatten und eine Stunde warten mussten.
Ausserdem befindet sich das Apartment ca 3-5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt (Nebenhaus ist ein wenig irreführend).

Cozy hotel with a warm personel in a spectacular mountain village

The mountain access . Really nice staff, I was picked up from bus station , good service . A nice clean (small ) room with a nice bathroom . Good breakfast.
