Quero morar nesse lugar.
Pros:

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita. Era nosso aniversário e eles prepararam nosso quarto de uma maneira super carinhosa. A vista do hotel é simplesmente linda. Nosso quarto era muito confortável e tudo muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã estava muito bom, podendo escolher se queria comer na área interna ou extra. Os funcionários todos foram muito simpáticos. Só tenho elogios, fiquei completamente encantada e com toda certeza eu reservaria outra vez.

Que eu não podia ficar morando lá, e tive que voltar à realidade da vida.

Great well priced hotel in Saas Fee
Pros:

Incredible balcony views, lovely staff, jacuzzi in the garden was a fun experience, comfortable beds. Offer of free transfer at the beginning and end of our stay. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The pillows were very flat and could do with replacing and thin walls mean you can hear neighbours talking.

Pros:

L'accueil a été chaleureux, transport depuis le parking jusqu'à l'hôtel très rapide, la chambre impeccable avec une très belle vue sur les glaciers.
Le balcon bien protégé par l'avant toit, on a pu profiter du jacuzzi qui est installé dans le jardin.
Un super petit déjeuner avec des employés très disponibles et efficaces..

Excellent hotel with lovely staff and breakfast
Pros:

A very nice hotel in Saas Fee - they have a shuttle bus that will pick you up from the car park or bus terminal, the room was very clean, in good condition and comfortable. The staff were really great and friendly and the breakfast was exceptional - such a wide range of options - I loved it and will be back!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The balcony in our room gave wonderful views up to the mountains. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was well located for the car parking and restaurants.
