The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The staff are great and the breakfast is very good! The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The kitchen in the studio room was advertised as fully equipped, but the pot had no cover, the frying pan was not usable because of the scratches on the pan, and we had to ask for a cutting board. The stove also was very old and took quite long to boil water. Overall it was possible to use the kitchen, but not the most enjoyable. I would not advertise this as a ‘fully equipped’.

Schade war, das wir im im 2. Hotel waren und zum Frühstück laufen mussten.
Die Kinder konnten nicht stehen bei ihrem Schlafplatz.

Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel; le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un petit plus bien agéable.
Pros:

Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont vraiment les bienvenus après une belle journée de ski. L'accueil, l'upgrade ont été une bonne surprise. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’authenticité de l’endroit, nous avons été complètement dépaysés et le personnel était d’une sympathie irréprochable. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. Merci beaucoup !

Cons:

Ce sont des détails insignifiants au vu de l’excellence du séjour, mais je recommanderais peut être de faire un message avec des instructions pour l’accès au parking, notamment comment retrouver le transfert. Aussi, de mettre des oreillers un peu plus fermes.
