Al Saha Hotel by Sedra International

The overall stay with this hotel was a horror experience. I have never seen a place that dirty, and all the fitting and fixture are about to collapse. Start with toilet seat all over the toilet seat was full of pee and on shower tray full of hair and dirty tissues. All the side drawer and table were full of dust. All the bed sheet and blanket and towel were dirty. I had to go to the mosques to use their toilet and didn’t have shower during the stay with this dirty hotel. The cleaners are rude when asked to clean the room and toilet. I also slept in the mosque in one evening as the hotel room made me sick.
The breakfast I have out of word to describe the breakfast. All the tables were dirty, no cutlery and foods are horrible. The bread needs hummer to break it as its was hard like stone. I have no ideas how old those foods are as smell comes like rioted food. And the staff in the breakfast place was rude, toxics, dangerous, I have no ideas how the hotel management is keeping this kind of people. All their management is malfunction. The lift, hardly get chance to use it. Mostly had to use stair to get up in 8 floors. I prefer to stay on the street rather this terrible hotel. I had paid £438.97 for 5 of us for 2 nights. But this horrible hotel doesn’t worth any penny.

Super small room for 2 people, Housekeeping did not clean the room adequately, staff unable to speak English, DIY work at night, taps making a drilling sound, avoid at all costs lifts are a nightmare only reason too stay here is location but there are other hotels close that are worth it. Only stayed here due to spur of moment decision

I read the review before booking and was hesitant because of the quality of the rooms and hygiene but once I arrived, I can confirm that it was a very poor quality hotel.
Lifts are always full or in use and you can hear it in your room all night.

Sometime no WARM water, hot water is not an options, flies in the bathroom with mold. No kettle or water provided in the rooms.

Only thing this hotel had was distance to Haram.
Nothing else.

This hotel is not recommended for couples or elderly people. It should be 1 star.

A total mismanagement.The staffs are not providing their services properly.Mostly they run after the tips.Serious language problems.

The property is not the problem, the problem is with expedia. I book family studio suite and make full payment but when i check in, the room that i get is totally different from what i pay in expedia. So no more expedia for me.

Excellent no complaints

The proximity to woman's gate was superb. But the staff were not friendly and the lift could be painful when the prayer time.

Reception unprofessional rude no corporate and very poor cleaning

One of the worst hotels in medina DO NO MAKE THE MISTAKE TO BOOK IF YOUR FROM UK EUROPE AMERICA ASIA ANYWERE IN THE WORLD DO NOT BOOK ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CONDITION VERY OLD STAINS ON BEDS BATHROOM WAS APPALLING I WALKED INTO THE ROOM AND RETURNED KEY THEN TOOK ME 5 HOURS TO BOOK A HOTEL AS ALL HOTELS WAS FULLY BOOKED. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO BOOK THIS AVOID AVOID AVOID TAKE A LOOK AT PHOTOS please

Hotel location is the only thing that make this terrible hotel bearable.

Hotel is good value for money. Near to Haram. Many types of foods are available nearby. Elevators are congested during prayer times

The most important point is very Close to Massjid nabaoui ,except of that wifi not working , fridge very small and not working ,poor bathroom 🙁 if you’re staying for long period not recommanded , for less than 3 days it’s ok

It’s Clean, ver convenient to everything.
Hotel has only one outlet at bedside.

Have to improve room services and conditions of the room as 4 stars hotel.

Very near from Harm Gate # 25 . nice stay , I recomanded

Breakfast buffet is recommendable, very close to al haram, convenient and good to stay.
