Most inconvenient and unpleasant experience in all my travel experience.
Pros:

It is a spa open to public, so there are a few onsen pools, one with mineral water that claims to be beneficial to health; another with jacuzzi. Pools with different temperatures, 38.3 , 38.6 or 41.3

Cons:

This place caters more for local Japanese people, no shoes allowed at all. Slippers in room cannot be worn outside at all. Must go in socks or bring your own room slippers. Shoes are kept in lockers. The toilet in my room has fresh urine stains; we discovered it only after lifting the toilet seat cover. There was a stench the next day despite cleaning the seat. Wouldn’t recommend this to foreign visitors.
