La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal en todo momento, la piscina para combatir el calor que hacía entre otras cosas.
La habitación que nos tocó era un pelín ruidosa por la cercanía a la puerta de entrada al hotel.

No té ascensor per pujar les maletes però son poques escales i t'ajuden.
No té parquing propi i has de caminar uns 5 minuts en pendent.
Everything was perfect. Great service, location, staff and facilities. Regarding the parking, there is a free parking 3 minutes by walk from their facilities.
The hotel is 10 minutes by walk from the city centre.
The kitchen is amazing and the swimming pool has great views of the beautiful Andalusian countryside.

Everything was fantastic. There was only a minor problem and it was that our bathroom sometimes smelled like humidity from the pipes, but only during certain times of the day and really few.

Sitio muy bonito, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado para poder visitar el pueblo andando.

Een ruime kamer en op een goede loopafstand van het dorpje. Gratis parkeren kan helaas niet voor de deur maar is 10 minuten lopen.
De kamer is ontzettend lawaaiig. Wij hadden de duurste en grootste kamer, maar die ligt pal boven het buitenterras van het restaurant en aan de zijkant is het steegje naar de kerk. Het terras belemmerde ons uitzicht op de groene heuvels. Ook is er heel veel lawaai vanuit binnen waar de receptie is. Deuren vallen hard dicht, je hoort alles op de stenen vloer. Personeel was tot heel laat met elkaar aan het kletsen op luid niveau, zowel buiten als binnen. Zeer onprettig en niet gastvrij/klantvriendelijk. Daarnaast was het bed heel smal voor twee personen. Ook het restaurant was niet op niveau. Het ontbijt was echt slecht; zeer weinig opties en heel lang wachten in een kleine ruimte maar wel €14 per persoon vragen. Het diner was ook slecht en duurde erg lang. De ober kwam pas na 45 minuten langs om een bestelling voor drinken op te nemen en daarna hebben we hem 30 minuten niet meer gezien. We moesten zelf op zoek naar de ober om eten te bestellen en ook dat duurde bijna een uur voordat het gereed was. Dan hadden we ook nog een speciaal verzoek qua dieet en daar werd totaal geen rekening mee gehouden. Echt teleurgesteld. Bij het uitchecken werd ook niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was en of we het naar ons zin hadden gehad. De man die er zat was vrij ongeïnteresseerd en vooral met z’n computerscherm bezig. Hielp ook niet met de koffers dragen.
