Pros:

I liked how it was close to the "banwa", access to food places, 7-Eleven, and near my relatives. The staff are nice and let us check-in early for a reasonable fee for 2 rooms.

Cons:

The building needs more improvement like the shower in our room was broken and it had this funky smell (looks like coming from molds) that we had to buy air freshener to fight off that smell. The room design is like that of a typical boarding house in the city.

I suggest doing some modifications in the interior designs to make them look like modern and make sure the rooms are checked every day for the smell.

Good value for money
Pros:

The location is easy to locate. Good value for money. The free breakfast with bottled water was an added bonus. The room was spacious enough for two persons.
