Pros:

部屋タイプの変更にも即座に対応してもらえてとても助かった。
スタッフの対応も柔軟でとても丁寧だった。
駅に直結していたので、近辺に飲食店も豊富で良かった。

Pros:

立地が抜群に良い。アメニティが豊富で設備が綺麗。
共有スベースがおしゃれで、色々な国の人がいて楽しい。外国のような雰囲気がありながらも、掃除は行き届いている。
大浴場にはサウナと露天風呂まであった。
期待以上の素晴らしいホテル。

これからもリピートします。
Pros:

リピートです。関空に近いため前泊で利用しているのですが、雨に濡れずに二駅で関空に行けるし、部屋は清潔、大浴場でゆっくりできて最適です。また、毎回受付のスタッフの対応がとても丁寧で安心します。

Cons:

大浴場の脱衣所が少し寒かった。

Perfect location if you need access to Kansai airport, it’s great
Pros:

We always stay here after arriving at Kansai airport, only 2 stop on the train from airport, and located right at the station.

Cons:

The air vents are very noisy, and you can’t turn them off in your room

Great hotel in a really convenient location when needing Kansai airport
Pros:

Very close to train station, with very short ride to airport.

Cons:

The air vents in hotel room were very noisy, and we couldn’t turn them off, we did speak to reception who moved us to another room, it was a little bit quieter, but still loud
