This was our second stay at this location and we would book it again.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay but we had to ask many times for things like eggs to be available.

Cons:

No one serviced our room in the week we were there which was over Christmas. In all fairness, we had the door sign up most days but on days we needed fresh towels, no one came. It was Christmas week. We called the front desk and went down to get new towels ourselves. Only other issue was the fridge was frozen over. We had to thaw to be able to use it. My hubby took care of the problem.

Pros:

Breakfast was good exceeded my expectation, the freshness - smell in the rooms and bed. My Pj when i came home I could still smell loved it. What is it ???

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Lobby was freezing but hallways were hot and humid.
Booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds. Apparently they were sold out:

Pretty good
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't bad at all, enough to get your day started. Perhaps consider adding boiled eggs and crossaints.

Cons:

The barking dog on our floor, their room was by the elevator so every time someone got off of the elevator the dog barked. Perhaps they should have been given a room down the hall

Generally good.

Location very good

Cons:

Employees seemed to be socializing at the front desk making it harder to approach them. However when they saw I was needing to ask a question they did pay attention quickly.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Bacon cooked hard and dry
No microwave in room and main lobby was dirty

Cons:

Microwave in room
Snacks out for sale, not many were out
And had a.bunch of kids play in hallway at times at night. Should have cameras to see such a thing

Perfect location clean bathroom and breakfast included
Pros:

The bathroom and room was clean that’s always #1 in my book!

Cons:

The alarm clock in the room wouldn’t stop going off I never set it to go off that was annoying was unable to sleep, I asked for the 5th floor and front view i didn’t get it which is fine but no acknowledgment
