スタッフの皆さんの対応
孫を連れて連泊したのですが、スタッフの皆さんの孫に対する眼差しが優しく対応がとても良く、食堂で泣いたときやロビーでも暖かく見守っていただきました。
また、清掃も行き届いていて清掃のスタッフの皆さんもきちんとしてて気持ちよく清々しく感じました。
部屋も大風呂も清潔で嫌な臭いもなく気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
また気仙沼へ行く際にはぜひ利用させていたきたいです。

安心してくつろげる、ワンステップでした。
Pros:

気仙沼までの移動手段が「三陸自動車道経由（車）」である場合、非常に便利です。気仙沼来訪の目的が「天然温泉、ホテルでのんびりして豪華な夕食を堪能する」場合は不向きですが、そういった「観光」的なことは外部で楽しんで、ただ車での移動の利便性、セキュリティ面での安心感、清潔さやホテルスタッフの対応のフレキシブルさ重視でしたら、このホテルは最適です。なお、朝食美味しいです。
