My room appeared clean, but I noticed the toilet seat wasn’t cleaned, no housekeeping either day I was there. Just didn’t feel worth how much I paid.

We would have liked a bathtub instead of shower. Shower was very dirty hair on walls and floor and red mold scum on metal as you got in it was gross had not had a good cleaning

Pros:

The 2 tvs that were not connected so we can watch 2 different programs.
The breakfast was nice and filling.

Cons:

Wanted to sleep in but couldn't bc the people above us were loud. Think their children were jumping off the beds. But that is nothing against the staff.

Julia was fantastic. She went over and above to cater to our needs and her constant smile gave a feeling of care. We have found a new place to stay at when we visit Utah.
