One of the best hotels we have been lately!
Pros:

Really nice hotel in the center of Santa Cruz, nice view to the open sea and a park from our hotel room. Cleaning was excellent, and so was the reception services.

Cons:

Breakfast for 18,- per person is quite expensive, the service didn’t meet our expectations.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Santa Cruz
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer; Tolle Bar auf der Dachterrasse; Sehr gutes Frühstück; mittig im Zentrum

Cons:

Parken erfolgt in einer fußläuferisch erreichbaren öffentlichen Parktiefgarage - Gebühren sind extra zu zahlen (über Hotel 18€ am Tag)
Restaurants in der Innenstadt waren im März nicht alle geöffnet - Gute Restaurants Mangelware

Pros:

De kamer op het zesde verdiep met uitzicht op zee was prachtig , natuurlijk hebben niet alle kamers dit uitzicht , de minibar is ook een goed gevuld en inbegrepen , beetje lawaai van de straat in het weekend , maar dat is een beetje logisch in het centrum, zou er zeker nog terug gaan

La única pega es que quisimos tomar una copa en la terraza y no nos quisieron servir en la barra porque tenia que ser en mesa y estaban ocupadas Por lo demás todo fantástico. el personal muy amable y la habitación estupenda.

Cons:

Breakfast was under stuffed - many things, too many things were empty whole the time and one person cannot maintain it - he really tried well, but it is too much for one person. Food and drinks were good, but you need 2nd person to keep it running when this much people. Maybe one person more to kitchen too.

Wunderbare Lage , gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist mega, Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, nachdem in der Nachbarschaft genügend Bäckereien etc.
zu finden sind. Dachterrasse mit Service ist wunderbar, Infinitiy pool haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Die komplette Digitalisierung ist für ältere Menschen schwierig zu handhaben.Wir brauchten definitv mehrmals
Unterstützung seitens des Personals...
Sei es TV oder Vorhänge, alles ist elektronisch zu steuern. Nicht unser Ding, aber für junge Leute

מיקום יוצא מן הכלל

המיקום פנטסטי ממש במרכז העיר. אנחנו היינו בזמן הקרנבל וזה היה מיקום מעולה!
ארוחת בוקר עולה 18 יורו - לא זולה אבל טובה מאוד ועשירה מאוד.
איש הקבלה במלון - קורנש היה נפלא! עזר לנו בכל דבר, בכל התלבטות ועצה, בתכניות הקרנבל וכו'. הוא תרם רבות לתחושה הטובה שלנו לגבי המלון.
החדרים מרווחים ונעימים.
בזמן הקרנבל מומלץ לקחת קומה גבוהה ככל הניתן.
