Disappointed as stayed here several times before and had no issues.
Pros:

Very low noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors. Undisturbed night sleep. 😴

Cons:

No BBC on the TV in my room.
Remote control filthy.
Poor evening meal.
No yoghurt at breakfast.

Bed very comfortable. Slept really well.

Pros:

Quiet, undisturbed stay. Plenty of parking spaces close to reception. Clean room with excellent blackout curtains.

Cons:

I requested a double bed but got two singles pushed together. The join down the middle of the bed was raised and uncomfortable.
