Las cabañas son lindas y el ambiente es muy bueno pero falta un poco de mantenimiento en las cabañas , lo cual haría del sitio Espectacular

Ils ne sont pas ouverts à la négociation pour le prix de la nuitée et vous mette le prix fort. La moindre des choses, quand on propose une nuit à un prix fort, c’est d’investir dans l’hygiène et la propreté des équipements mais aussi de faire un effort au niveau de l’alimentation.

Il problema più grave è stata la totale assenza di acqua calda in camera per l’intero soggiorno. Nonostante i ripetuti reclami alla struttura, non è stata proposta alcuna soluzione: ci è stato semplicemente risposto che avevamo prenotato una camera “senza acqua calda”. Questa condizione, tuttavia, non era indicata né al momento della prenotazione né nella relativa conferma. Anziché cercare di risolvere un disservizio così importante, la struttura si è limitata a rimandarci a Booking.com, senza assumersi alcuna responsabilità né offrirci un’alternativa. Trovo inaccettabile che l’assenza di un servizio essenziale come l’acqua calda non venga chiaramente comunicata prima della prenotazione e che, una volta segnalato il problema, non venga fatto alcun tentativo concreto per risolverlo.

La vétusté du logement, pas de draps sur les lits et pas de plage sympa en face des chalets

DON’T GO! The island is terrible and there is absolutely nothing to do.
The beach is tiny, the water gets deep very slowly, and it is full of sharp corals and rocks, making it practically impossible to swim.
The cottages are dirty and very old. The shower is extremely basic, and the mirror is so covered in limescale that you can barely see yourself. There is no proper bedding — you are only given a simple cover to sleep under.
The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The café nearby is only open until 10 PM, and the food is expensive and not tasty. The hygiene in the café is also seriously lacking.
We stayed for 4 nights and spent most of the time wishing we could go home as soon as possible.
If you are going to the Perhentian Islands, choose a different island and stay at a proper resort. This place was a complete disappointment.

Aussi il on des activité sur l’île mais comme il savent que y’a pas de taxi ou autre il explose les prix des taxi boat c’est vraiment dommage c’est très cher pour ce que c’est

Lo Chalet è più bello bello fuori che dentro. Dentro proprio inguardabile. Vecchio, non curato, non rifanno mai la camera, sempre gli stessi asciugamani. Non c'è frigo, né una bottiglia acqua. Completamente da rifare. Il ristorante è economico ma non eccezionale, di fianco il Barat costa 3 volte di più e cmq non è 3 volte più buono, quindi tanto vale mangiare al Mama. Non servono alcolici. Per quello che si paga non si spiega...
