Staff were helpful, but I wouldn’t be booking again
Pros:

A short walk from the tube and Hyde Park

Cons:

I booked a deluxe double. There wasn’t anything deluxe about it. It was a very basic double room. Tiny bathroom with barely enough room for a toilet and shower

Potentially lovely stay ruined by the water leakage issue!
Pros:

Hotel was clean, comfortable and well located for restaurants and transport.

Cons:

Fire alarm going off at 5:30 in the morning several times because it was affected by a water leakage problem. This resulted in no water being available for several hours to shower or use the toilet. Staff apologised for the unfortunate incident but there was no further compensation or goodwill gesture for the disruption to rest or comfort that the incident resulted in.
Couch in the reception area needs updating.

La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación está ubicada en el sotano con ventana a un patio de luces con obras.
Habitación con olor a humedad y olor a tabaco, donde se había fumado recientemente.
La calefacción no funcionaba y dejaron un radiador pequeño, insuficiente para la habitación.
La ducha perdía agua y el goteo hacía que el.suelo del baño estuviera siempre mojado.
La limpieza era pésima, encontramos pelos en el baño y restos de algún papel en el suelo que estuvo todos los días que permanecimos instalados.
La habitación no tiene ningún tipo de ventilación, por eso siempre que entras huele mal.

confort de la chambre et propreté , le personnel est très agréable , la situation géographique est super juste à coté de hyde park et du métro

Cons:

il y a eu un problème d'alarme incendie mais c'était ponctuel donc mise à part ça c'est un super hôtel

Muy buena ubicación y personal. La habitación bastante bien, nos dejaron café y té

Cons:

Dos de las 3 noches soñó varias veces la alarma de incendios despertándonos. Cuando entran a limpiar no limpian el baño, la tele no funciona cionaba y la ducha salía con muy poca presión.
