Viaggio di famiglia a Londra
Pros:

Vicinanza al parco, bus e metropolitana a pochi passi, stanza spaziosa ( una quadrupla ), pulita ed insonorizzata, letti comodi, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, staff sempre cordiale, colazione varia sia dolce che salata.
Nulla da eccepire tutto impeccabile.

Cons:

Las habitaciones del ala este tienen un calor insoportable en verano, les da el sol todo el día, no tienen aire acondicionado y deberían haberlo avisado. Cuando fuimos a recepción nos pedían 30£ más por día para movernos a una con aire acondicionado, por lo que la oferta inicial desvanecía. El primer día fuimos a desayunar y no tenían leche sin lactosa, tuvieron que encargarla para el día siguiente, a pesar de haber pagado ese desayuno no pude tomar leche. Poca variedad en los desayunos.

Buen sitio, cómodo y recomendable
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa como para 2 adultos y 1 niño pequeño y cabía el carrito y las maletas. Estaba preocupada por el tamaño y quedé satisfecha.
Instalaciones modernas, enchufes de usb directamente, secador de pelo y aire acondicionado. Ascensor y nada de ruido. La TV era smart tv con conexión a internet.
Cerca de parada de metro, parque de Diana y parada de autobús. Cerca de una calle con restaurantes y supermercados.
Desayuno inglés pero buffet, se podía repetir.
Volvería sin pensarlo

Cons:

No le doy un 10 porque tuvimos la mala suerte de que se rompió el agua y la cortaron, y cuando "volvió", en mi habitación no lo hizo por lo que estuvimos unas 15h sin agua (incluyendo la noche). No obstante y como era el último día, nos dieron una habitación aledaña para que pudiéramos usar el baño y tras reclamar nos devolvieron parte de la tarifa de la última noche.

La propreté, la salle de bain et la chambre très bien. Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner buffet tres bien.

Cons:

Notre chambre, la 207 a une fenêtre qui donne littéralement sur un mur de chaque côté. Nous sommes enfermés entre les murs.
Aucune visibilité, peu d'air et peu de lumière. Vraiment pas agréable comme surprise en arrivant dans la chambre.

Pros:

Good value hotel. Very helpful staff, gave me an ealry checkin which helped me enormously. Good breakfast. Good price overall for London.

Nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood
Pros:

Although the room was small it was perfect for our short stay in London. Airco was working well during this heat wave and no noise from other travellers.
