Excellent rapport qualité, prix, acceuil, situation.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme proche d'un arrêt de bus et de trois entrées de métro. Il y a des commerces de proximité et des restaurants. Un immense parc verdoyant se situe juste en face de la rue.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et à l'écoute, le petit déjeuner est bien achalandé, il y a même des œufs et du bacon. Une bouilloire est très utile dans la chambre. Le ménage est très bien fait.
Les parties communes sont feutrées.

Cons:

Ma chambre (lit une place) est dotée d'une fenêtre donnant sur un puits de lumière poussiéreux avec vue sur poutres en acier, murs bruts et grisâtres - une sortie de secours paraît t'il-. Regrettable, inconvenant car peu explicité lors de la reservation. Le tarif reste sans doute attractif en compensation.
L'insonorisation est correcte (au bon vouloir du civisme des clients) mais l'on entend, provenant du couloir, suivant les arrivées et les departs, le ménage des chambres, le claquement automatique des portes se refermant, peu de personnes prennant la précaution de les retenir pour amortir le bruit..Assez désagréable lorsque l'on somnole... Les nuits sont néanmoins paisibles.

Fabulous hidden gem
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were very accommodating, room was small, but very clean, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Shower was a bit temperamental, other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Cons:

Would be nice to have conditioner in room. It said toiletries provided, so I didn’t take any. They didn’t have any at reception.

Pros:

Buena ubicación y relación precio-calidad aceptable. Para una estadía corta, igualmente cumple.

Cons:

Lo negativo fue que nos tocó una habitación en el subsuelo donde casi no llegaba el wifi y la cama no era cómoda.
