Pros:

Location is very good. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

We had to move rooms twice as the WiFi didn't work on the TV. The first room was cramped, we couldn't open the closet door properly. They didn't check to ensure that the WiFi worked before moving us to the second room. The final and third room was more spacious, but the phone didn't work and if we needed to contact front desk we had to go in person.Also, before booking I made sure there were windows and the hotel said yes. The last room's window opened towards a shaft which was not nice. Felt claustrophobic.

Odalar, koridorlar, asansör… her yer dar, her şey sıkışık; çok iyi temizlik yapılmıyor, odayı kullanan önceki müşterilerden kalan pantolon bile vardı 😁

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent location! Close proximity to two tube stations, also walking distance to museums on a nice day through Hyde park/ Kensington gardens. Room was comfortable and clean and great value for money! We were able to check in early as well which was great

Decepcionante para el precio que tiene

No recomiendo este sitio en absoluto.
Durante nuestra estancia lo primero que nos encontramos fue una habitación enana (9017) en la que apenas había espacio para movernos dos personas. Ademas el espacio queda limitado incluso más ya que la cama no estaba ni siquiera apoyada en una pared, sino en un semimuro que quitaba hueco entre la ventana y el resto de la habitación, un espacio que podría haber sido incluso utilizado. La ventana no podía abrirse, y si lo conseguías, se cerraba al instante ya que no había nada para sujetarla. En las fotos se enseña una bandeja con fruta, varios productos etc… y aún la seguimos buscando en ese espacio tan pequeño. Ademas, el extractor del baño tenía polvo, dificultando la extracción del vaho de la ducha e incluso la respiración. Las paredes son de papel, escuchabas todo desde dentro de la habitación.
Los recambios de sabanas o incluso las sabanas sucias los llevan metidos en unas bolsas que dejan tiradas por los suelos en los pasillos, y los pasillos son estrechos y tienen escaleras que dificultan el paso a gente con movilidad reducida, algo que sinceramente, veo problemático para gente con algún tipo de problema o necesidad de movimiento.
Pero el peor de los problemas vino cuando en medio de la noche, sobre las 5:30 de la mañana, un trabajador que debería de estar en recepción, ya que le vimos al llegar por la noche, decide abrirnos la puerta por “equivocación”. Sentimos nuestra privacidad e intimidad invadida, además de la interrupción de nuestro descanso el cual, es bastante necesario en una ciudad como Londres.
No volvería a alojarme en este sitio y recomendaría que nadie más lo hiciese.

Hotel liegt super ain der Nähe einer Einkaufsstraße inkl 2 Underground Stations.

Cons:

WLAN Verbindung war im Zimmer sehr schlecht.
