The host communicated promptly, and the building security and caretaker were mostly pleasant. A 7-11 convenience store is within the building.

Cons:

The location was still some distance from Cebu City itself. The unit's Wi-Fi had an unstable network. I booked for four nights, but only had wi-fi for one night.

The place is like a 5 year old school room or the house of an alzheimer's person --- stickers every where do not touch --- penalty for this -- penalty for that --- pull out slow everydoor and drawer locked up ---- do not open this --- do not open that --- price list for things thats not even there ---- 50 peso for a handfull of rice when rice cost 60 peso a kilo ---- washing machine with a lock on the plug -----NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD ---- THIS PLACE MAKES YOU FEEL SO UNWELCOME YOU WANT TO LEAVE THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN

It's a large village with 7-Eleven, which is convenient.
The furniture is in good condition and nicely decorated.
The wifi is good.
The view outside the window is good.

Cons:

The bathroom had a heavy BBQ smell when we entered.
Although the picture shows a washing machine, an additional 250 pesos is needed to use it.
It's far from the swimming pool.

I like that us super clean and high up, only the view outside the balcony is something
