It's great value, if you can accept some of the flaws.
Pros:

I think this branch of the treebo is conveniently placed along the main metro lines. The main manager and day staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

I didn't expect for aspects of the hotel room to be dirty, but I chalk that up to difference of expectations between my home country and India.

I am sure if I requested support, the staff would have supported. Things like hair on bathroom supplies and stains on some of the sheets, did leave me a little nervous. However, as I travelled more of India, I had the perspective that there are just different standards here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relax Inn Hotel in Delhi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The customer service here is absolutely top-notch, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, with both Patel Nagar and Karol Bagh metro stations nearby.

A special thanks to Mr. Ramji, whose warm and friendly service truly made my stay memorable. Ramji is incredibly proactive and always ready to assist, no matter the time or situation. There were several instances when I needed help with hotel services, and he went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. His genuine care and professionalism are remarkable, and he consistently made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

The hotel staff as a whole were polite and attentive, and the facilities were clean and comfortable, making it the ideal place to relax after exploring the city. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with a convenient location, I highly recommend Relax Inn. Thanks again, Mr. Ramji, for making my stay so wonderful—I’ll definitely be returning!

Cons:

The location was not as I thought. Walking to Metro is hard. Need tuktuk there, even that it’s looks near. Old building. Not really breakfast. But decent and clean

This is decent hotel in locality, the expenses are recovered with quality service of their staff
