Muy bonito apart-hotel
Pros:

La ambientacion del apartamento, los muebles, las camas, las utensilios de la cocina, todo en muy buenas condiciones, cómodo y funcional. La seguridad del lugar era muy buena, la tranquilidad del espacio, la piscina muy práctica, la ubicación cerca de la peatonal y la avenida, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

Cons:

A pesar que el hotel está cercano a la playa, no la pudimos utilizar prque todo Playa del Carmen estaba lleno de zargazo. Eso no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, es algo de la naturaleza, pero si uno visita la zona en esta época del año, la única forma de disfrutar de la playa es contratar excursiones a otras islas o espacios controlados.

Faltaron dias de estadia para disfrutar mejor todo lo del hotel.
Pros:

Ubicacion justa, entre lo ruidoso de la quinta avenida y transito vehicular, nada de ruido y todo muy accesible, aparte la piscina precisa y muy comodo todo el lugar.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el sargazo no perdona, y el olor llega justo a las areas comunes, pero muy debil, una cuadra mas al mar y es horrible el olor, por eso como dije, esta justo en el limite.

Overall, the condos and the staff at reception were nice.
Pros:

The jungle look of the outside of the property was nice! The water cascade from the pool was very pleasant. The inside of the condo was nice in size and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool was small. Also, I think re-stocking of the hand soap, body wash and conditioner should have been done accordingly as needed.

Ruim appartement met nette inrichting

Cons:

Het dakterras was meegeteld in de vierkante meters.. En het is vlak naast 5th Av.. daar moet je van houden. Je hebt er geen last van qua geluid overigens

Departamento muy cómodo con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, la comodidad del departamento, la decoración, las facilidades que nos entregó el hotel como toalla y sillas de playa, y traslado a playa Mamitas para disfrutar una playa con menos sargazo.
El departamento, tenía lavadora y secadora y hasta se preocuparon de dejarnos detergente para lavar.

Cons:

El horario de la piscina y el jacuzzi, podría ser hasta más tarde. La escalera del departamento podría tener gomas sobretodo en el nivel inferior, porque tuvimos varios eventos en esos escalones.

Le logement est tres spacieux et propre.
La piscine et le jaccuzzi invitent à la detente, c'est tres agreable !

Cons:

L'hotel n'a pas de beachclub contrairement a ce qui est indiqué. L'hotel se situe à 500m à pied du front de mer : un front de mer, très joli, mais qui est en fait un port de petit pecheurs où la baignade n'est pas possible.

Cependant, l'hotel vous depose gratuitement en voiturette de golf à la plage du centre ville.
