Séjour à Playa del Carmen
Pros:

Accueil rapide et efficace. Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement spacieux avec rooftop. Le logement étair propre. Bon emplacement à proximité du centre et à quelques minutes à pied du ferry.

Cons:

Certains équipements comme le jacuzzi du rooftop mériteraient un rafraichissement.

A great place to chill
Pros:

The condo was beautiful, set among lush gardens with a waterfall pool, lots of colourful art work, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom condo, lots of room to spread out. Only one block off 5th Avenue with a lot of good restaurants and shops, but our street was pretty quiet.

Cons:

There is a set of stone stairs up to the condos. We were on the 1st floor but there are 2 levels above us, so steps could be a problem for some. The couch wasn’t very comfortable. Playacar is expensive and pretty busy, lots of people, buskers (fun!) and vendors (not so much fun)

Perfect for a family stay.
Pros:

The location, the service, the facilities were amazing. I had an issue with the hottub and they were on it quickly and resolved the same day. It was perfect for a family of four. My child loved the pool.

Very good
Pros:

The installations are good and comfortable. The pool, even if its small, is nice and calm, most of the time is empty. We rented the penthouse that on the roof you have an enormous terrace for yourself with jacuzzi. The apparemment was big and spacious with good sound proofing. Free parking and close to Quinta Avenida and beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay

Cons:

Some tableware looked a bit dirty and the kitchen devices a bit old and over used. Nothing to worry about, but still.

Verblijf was op een goeie locatie

En 1 gebeurtenis waar ik niet heel te vrede over was.
Na de 1ste dag ging ik boven op het terras liggen en had mijn buideltasje op de keuken tafel laten liggen
De dag ervoor had ik geld gewisseld en ik miste 1500 pesos ( 3 blauwe briefjes van 500)
Ik zag de persoon die mijn vuil opruimde naar beneden lopen met vuil. Liep naar hem toe en vroeg hem zijn naam en deed net of hij mij niet verstond. Ik vertelde hem of hij in mijn kamer was geweest en dat ik 1500 pesos miste uit mijn tasje hij deed net of die me niet begreep. En zei reception reception. Hij was niet al te groot en rond de 20 a 25 jaar naar mijn inschatting. Ik heb het erbij gelaten en ben niet naar de receptie gegaan omdat ik wist dat ik het toch niet kon bewijzen. Heb vervolgens wel de dagen erna me geld goed bij me gehouden.

Séjour calme au centre de PDC pour profiter de la proximité des activités
Pros:

La réactivité du personnel. L’emplacement est top car calme mais à deux pas de la 5 eme avenue. Le complexe est hyper sécurisé avec garde de nuit. Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont un plus bien agréable. Le logement était très bien équipé.

Cons:

L’humidité et odeur de renfermé lors de notre arrivée mais avec un moment d’aération, ce problème a été vite réglé.

Ideal para relajarse y disfrutar
Pros:

muy cerca de la 5ta avenida, pero a pesar de eso en un sector muy tranquilo. Ideal para viaje familiar, tiene piscina y jacuzzi, excelente para pasar el día. Es cerca de la playa, pero para ir a sector donde se pueda nadar en el mar hay que caminar. Restaurantes con convenio con el hotel excelentes, muy buena atención, sin duda volveremos!

Cons:

Se deben subir escaleras para llegar al edificio (para nosotros no fue problema pero se debe considerar).

Great location and price
Pros:

I really liked that. The property was secure with a gate that you scanning, and it also had a covered parking garage with the Scanner as well. The staff is also so very friendly. And the room was big and clean. The location was perfect.

Le lieu est bien situé, l'endroit est beau et les équipements sont conformes à la description.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement en pensant que nos affaires seraient en sécurité, compte tenu des mesures telles qu'une porte métallique accessible via un badge et la présence d'agents de sécurité. Malheureusement, ce ne fut pas le cas. Notre chambre a été visitée à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour. Des affaires personnelles ont été fouillées, plus de 100 euros en cash, des AirPods et le contenu du minibar ont été volés.

Bien que nous ayons signalé ces incidents à l'établissement, on nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait rien d'anormal sur les caméras de surveillance. Pourtant, nous avons reçu une notification indiquant que la position de nos AirPods avait changé à une certaine heure, ce qui corrobore notre version des faits.

Nous recommandons vivement de faire attention à la sécurité de vos affaires personnelles, en particulier vis-à-vis des agents de sécurité sur place. Cette expérience a malheureusement gâché notre séjour et nous amène à penser que la sécurité de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur.

L’établissement est globalement très bien : appartement spacieux et confortable, belle piscine, cadre agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour sur ces aspects.

En revanche, plusieurs points ont terni l’expérience :
• L’attitude de la personne à l’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable, jamais souriante, donnant l’impression que nos questions l’embêtaient.
• Aucune information claire n’a été donnée concernant le petit-déjeuner : nous pensions qu’il était inclus, mais avons découvert au moment du check-out qu’il était facturé 17 $ par jour, ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise.
• Une coupure de courant de six heures dans le quartier a entraîné une panne de Wi-Fi dans notre appartement. Cela peut arriver, mais le plus gênant a été le manque de suivi : malgré nos demandes répétées, on nous assurait que le problème serait réglé, sans jamais nous tenir informés ni résoudre la situation.

En résumé, un bel établissement et de bons équipements, mais un service d’accueil perfectible, qui a malheureusement gâché en partie notre séjour
