Only the Deluxe Double and Triple Room reservations include access to Prive Group Water Park. All requests for access are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that the Water Park is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Thursdays; Nautical Beach Club is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays; Prive Club is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (all close these days for maintenance).

Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and valid identification document of the cardholder. For purchases using third-party cards, a signed and authenticated purchase agreement must also be presented.

Please note that parking is rotative and subject to availability upon check-in.

Accordingly with the article 82 and 83 of the Teenagers and children statute in Brazil, it is forbidden to host under the age of 18 years without an evidenced document, can be an identity card or birth certificate together with the trip authorization of the parents registered in a notary office. All documents must be together with the responsible person above the age of majority traveling with the children and/or teenager.

Meu quarto foi duplo, cama- sofá em cômodo separado da cama de casal, meu filho não dorme em cômodo separado de nós casal. Tivemos que dormir os 3 na cama de casal . Seria bom se tivesse opção de no mesmo quarto uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro.

No hotel não gostamos dos vendedores que ficam insistindo para comprar cotas pedem para assistimos a apresentação que e somente 30 minutos e de 30 minutos vai para 2 a 3 horas com conversas e conversas mesmo vc falando NÃO eles insistem muito e acaba que perdemos muito tempo do nosso passeio que não foi nada barato, perdemos nosso almoço ai vc imagina com uma criança de 4 anos e sem almoço pq entramos nessa conversa era 9h da manha sairmos de lá praticamente 13h30 da tarde e muito estressante!

Desencontro de informações/ informações erradas o tempo todo; falta de apoio via internet; apartamentos quentes pois só possui ar condicionado no quarto, a sala fica um forno; preços abusivos.

Me acomodo sempre neste Hotel todos os anos, incomparavelmente melhor que outros devido as piscinas serem limpas todos os dias.
