Convenient for remote working
Pros:

has all you need, incl work space, laundry and kitchen utensils; staff is responsive (we had some inconvenience on the first day and it was fixed)

Cons:

loud music from the rooftop bar / roosters at 3 am (I guess the walls are quite thin)

Not bad, but there are better options. Poor setup for cooking. Go further outside the city.
Pros:

The apartment size is good. The shower is nice. The bed is ok, but not great.

Cons:

There is a restaurant just next door and music plays until 10pm. The walls are thin, especially the door, so you can hear everything in the hallways. The building is on a hill and the road you are told to park on is dirt. With a normal car it's very hard to drive up it. The trash area is outside and smells horrible. A large water bottle was provided in the unit but when it ran out after one day, they told us we had to pay to have it replaced. The kitchen was not equipped properly for cooking. No ventalation for the stove. Missing utensils and pans.

The condo unit was very nice, but the stay was ended with this poor experience with the condo owner
Pros:

The unit was clean

Cons:

1) The condo owner gave us the wrong address for the property.
2) The name of the property "Elegant Condo" was not correct, so we had to text to find out the correct address and had to request that someone meet us to get the correct code to enter the room. Poor communication with the owner of the condo.
3) The condo owner sent a false complaint to Booking.com. They said we stole a 5 gallon bucket, also that we burnt two towels, and that we stole one towel. All of this was a lie.
4) The condo owner sent Booking.com a $50 bill for us to pay for the false damages. This condo owner cant be trusted and should be removed from being able to rent the unit on Booking.com and all other sites. They tried to get money from us but we denied any damages to Booking.com.
5) We dont know how many others have had this experience, but dont trust this owner at all

Elegante appartamento super accessoriato
Pros:

Appartamento luminoso, pulito e molto comodo, attrezzato con tutto il necessario: cucina super accessoriata, due bagni, lavatrice e terrazzino. Il condominio ha due piscine sul tetto ed é in una zona tranquilla, con parcheggio in strada. Staff sempre disponibile e di aiuto. Mi sono trovata benissimo!

Better than expected
Pros:

The apartment is really well appointed - lots of extras and it makes it really easy to settle in for a few days - two toilets, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. The pool deck is great, elevated and comfortable. I had a car so it was easy to get to and I was able to shop at the supermarket and cook in the kitchen (after a month traveling, this was great).

Cons:

The wifi is terrible, Netflix is provided, but grainy, and don't event think about trying to browse your phone at the same time... It would have been nice to have an internal lock as it was just a digital lock which didn't feel that safe. The pillows and sheets felt cheap.
