Disappointing and definitely not value for money
Pros:

Location was good and convenient. Staff was hospitable and helpful.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe room and it was not up to my expectations. I cannot imagine a room of that size could pass off as Deluxe. As per the tariff card at the reception, the tariff for a deluxe room would have been Rs 5000/- which is exorbitant for a room of that size with bare minimum amenities. Tea/coffee/sugar sachets were just a formality. Dingy corridors, with cleaning carts, broom, mop etc kept right outside the room door. Bathroom was dingy, with the towel rail literally hanging by a string and nothing other than a mini soap bar in the name of toiletries. And bathroom wasn't sparkling clean either. Simple breakfast but arranged in the so called lobby of the hotel itself which was a bit unusual and unnerving.

Overall a mostly disappointing experience.

Cosy Business Stay in the heart of Thane
Pros:

The location and the room space and setup. The coffee table with two chairs gave the room the delux feeling that was seeked. The lighting is very soothing and so is the bathroom space.

Cons:

The breakfast options and spread could have been better.
Toiletries very not adequate, hand towels were not readily available.
