Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.
There is a small supplement of £20 per dog. The hotel will accommodate a maximum of one dog, small to medium sized, per room. There are a number of dog-friendly rooms, so please ensure the hotel is aware if you are bringing a dog with you. Dogs are not permitted in either of the restaurants but there are some communal spaces where they can go. Registered assistance/service dogs are exempt. No other pets are permitted.
At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.
Please ensure the correct occupancies are selected on booking, failure to do so may result in your check in being refused. Identification will be required for age verification purposes.
All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Group bookings will be contacted within 7 days of making the reservation and will be treated as advance purchase bookings. The full nonrefundable payment will be required within 7 days of the reservation being made, no cancelations, modifications or refunds will be permitted for any group bookings. These group terms and conditions override any rate policy that has been booked. Clean tidy very art deco lovely lounge and bar
The smoking area was very tatty loads of table and chairs stacked up. Looked messy and all smoking tables were broken and unclean
Location, A/C, bath tub and good thick curtains - great in the heatwave. The pool is good size, available to all and clean, access through the restaurant

We enjoyed everything st the hotel. We had a spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was good as were the evening meals in the restaurant. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly, especially in the restaurant. A special thank you to Fabio the restaurant manager, who was always very attentive and helpful.
The hotel has plenty of seating areas inside and outside. The good -sized pool was lovely.
The hotel is within walking distance of the pier.
Altogether the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere.

I liked the balcony and the Seaview, the bar staff was lovely
I was given a smaller room than what I paid for. I was told there wasn't any of the size room I paid for on the lower level and because of my disability I was unable to go to the higher floor, so I was given a smaller room and was never offered any compensation or refund the difference in price. Then at check out I realised when walking past rooms being cleaned & therefore open I saw that there was more than one room on my floor the size of what I paid for. Italian receptionist lied about room & also gave me an extremely hard time about getting bar fridge in room for my dogs food. Also no one seemed to know how the rooms aircon worked so had very hot uncomfortable first 2 days.
