The grounds are lovely and the staff very nice
The shower was ridiculously small with a very dangerous step up to the bathroom when going to the bathroom in the night. The restaurant is overpriced compared to surrounding properties
Good staff and good food
Maybe some updates in bedroom
The location was good. The evening meal in the a la carte restaurant was very good. The room was spacious. The balcony we had was sizeable.
I wasn't impressed with the car park charges which were applied because we didn't book directly with the hotel. Clearly that's up to the hotel but something I'll look out for in future bookings.
One hand towel became threadbare as we used it. A four star hotel for goodness sake. Breakfast was nothing special. The final bill didn't give a sufficient breakdown of expenditure (I asked). The hotel is being renovated so it would be unfair to comment that it looked tired in parts.
The Hotel, food and staff were all lovely.
The outdoor pool was a great bonus.
That we couldn’t stay longer.
Buvom porą kartų ir dar sugrysim labai jauki aplinka
Viskas patiko
Grazu ,svaru

Breakfast exceptional, good choice and quality.
For price paid, in need of refurbishment and 'freshen up'. This was underway when we arrived.
The swimming pool
The fixed menu food wasn’t as good as it could be, and eating in the middle room as there was a function on.
Bar staff were friendly and helpful.
After I checked in, I was informed that my room was located on the third floor and that the lift was not working. As a result, I had to carry all of my luggage up three flights of stairs myself. I am 65 years old, and I was extremely disappointed that no assistance was offered. The receptionist was not helpful and did not appear concerned about the difficulty this caused.
The hotel is clearly undergoing refurbishment, but the condition of the stairway was unacceptable. The carpet on the stairs was being held together with duct tape, which was not only unsightly but also created a potential trip hazard.
Although I had booked a single room, the size and condition of the room were completely inadequate. It was extremely small — more like a cupboard than a hotel room — and this was not reflected in the photographs provided at the time of booking. The room had no air conditioning, despite my stay being on one of the hottest days of the year. The only fan provided was of very poor quality and simply circulated warm air. The window was tiny and opened directly onto a brick wall, meaning there was no opportunity for fresh air or ventilation. There was no opening window in the bathroom - just 3 ventilation slats at the top.
Given the lack of facilities, the room condition, the poor service, and the overall experience, I consider the price charged to be completely unreasonable. I feel I paid an extortionate amount for accommodation that was far below an acceptable standard.
I would like this matter investigated and would appreciate a response outlining how you intend to address my concerns.
Staff were top class! Couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect.
Bit dated but they are currently decorating so should be fab once completed.
Location - it’s right on the beach
Outdoor pool and area is good
It’s a bit run down, carpets old dirty.
The ‘spa’ was not great, indoor pool as per pictures and the sauna was like a cupboard with old wood bench. Also this is in the hotel next door as they share facilities, the massages were offered in the next one to that, after seeing the indoor pool and sauna we didn’t bother going to hotel number 3
I went on a busy weekend and paid £470, not worth that
Swimming pool
The most common sentence heard was:
'You are not allowed to'
Easy to get to the beach
It was old and outdated and the buffet was not great
Reception staff friendly and explained re car parking. Room was excellent
