Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.

There is a small supplement of £20 per dog. The hotel will accommodate a maximum of one dog, small to medium sized, per room. There are a number of dog-friendly rooms, so please ensure the hotel is aware if you are bringing a dog with you. Dogs are not permitted in either of the restaurants but there are some communal spaces where they can go. Registered assistance/service dogs are exempt. No other pets are permitted.

At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

Please ensure the correct occupancies are selected on booking, failure to do so may result in your check in being refused. Identification will be required for age verification purposes.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Group bookings will be contacted within 7 days of making the reservation and will be treated as advance purchase bookings. The full nonrefundable payment will be required within 7 days of the reservation being made, no cancelations, modifications or refunds will be permitted for any group bookings. These group terms and conditions override any rate policy that has been booked. In case of payments not received within 7 days of the booking being made, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any liability or further communication.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pleasant but room was a bit grubby
Pros:

Receptionist was helpful and nice lounge area

Cons:

Found a sanitary towel in the wardrobe. No continental breakfast ham and cheese left after 8:45.

We would definitely come back as we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The property is a little dated in some parts, but you could see it was still in the process of being renovated, but what was renovated, was lovely. The pool was warm & the food was lovely! The bed was very comfy too!

Cons:

The male customer toilets in the lobby weren’t great, and the wardrobe doors in the room were a little dated & not in keeping with the rest of the room. The bath seemed a little sub standard too.

Lovely staff, we had Mr Ali at check in and check out and his female colleague I didn't get the name unfortunately ... but facilities also very clean, we were on the first floor and hallways are currently in refurb. But considerate and our room is new and bed is very comfortable. Mattress is firm for some, so may be ask for a softer one should you prefer otherwise. Loads of hot water, so take extra care in turning the shower from bath tap to shower.
For the family room, we think it is excellent value (£116 for our advanced booking from May for a July check in). Try contacting the hotel directly for special and better offers.
Loved it so much already looking at September and October stays.
There's parking on site but also parking right on the main road opposite. Views are also amazing!

It is a shame, as we have stayed there 4-5 times over the last 6 years, but won't be revisiting.
Pros:

Location was great, and the bar area and lounge were very nice

Cons:

The receptionist was extreamly patronising when we booked in and rude and told us we should not of booked with booking.com. We complained to the manager who was very proffessional in his approach. We had a large seaview room with a large balcony with sunbeds, the people in the room next door were very rude as the terrace balcony is completely open with no privacy and they thought that I should be silent, as I was on a phone call when they came out, I apologised for the short call as I went in and the couple then proceeded to have a go at me, I can't repeat the language. The hotel is in need a revamp, tape on carpets as you go up the stairs and the small details in the room, like no hook on the bathroom door! Some of the furniture in the room was past its sell by date g.g. coffee table knackered

Sehr Zentrale Lage, Pool ist auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider waren die Hochbetten katastrophal. Bei jeder bewegung von den Kindern hat es sehr laut gequietscht. Deshalb haben alle schlecht geschlafen.
