Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.
There is a small supplement of £20 per dog. The hotel will accommodate a maximum of one dog, small to medium sized, per room. There are a number of dog-friendly rooms, so please ensure the hotel is aware if you are bringing a dog with you. Dogs are not permitted in either of the restaurants but there are some communal spaces where they can go. Registered assistance/service dogs are exempt. No other pets are permitted.
At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. The full nonrefundable payment will be required within 7 days of the reservation being made, no cancelations, modifications or refunds will be permitted for any group bookings. The hotel is firm favorate of mine but this time let me down a little, there was work going on that I was not made aware of before I stayed. The room was ok but the mattress was like a rock.
Beautiful building externally. Great location.
The “lounge” area, although initially impressive, on closer inspection I thought was very cheaply done. One of the red leather sofas was turning black and everything felt a bit breakable. The entire entrance lobby slept very strongly of fish, the whole time I was there ( and I have a very poor sense of smell)

Location
Parking extremely difficult and the welcome was not welcoming
The location was ok about a 15 minute walk into the town but I would not walk back at night we got a taxi as we did not feel that safe walking back to hotel after being in the town
The room we had was in the 2nd floor and very noisy as we was oppersite the sister hotel and there was a lot of noise coming from outside that hotel
In general our stay was very pleasant but the hotel needs some refurbishment as outside buildings looks dirty and needs some maintenance
Inside restaurant was chilly and wallpapering needs maintenance our bedroom door to patio needed repair as wind whistled through

It’s was ok , would say that room- rooms needed a update .
The history and the glory days that you could see must have happened there once upon a time !
It was old , tired , worn out and lost its once glorious feeling . The place felt dead . Such a shame
