LOADS! The aircon only worked for a short while on day one, and for a few minutes on my last evening. I had to sacrifice a whole day waiting for aircon service and cleaner to replace the beddings, because they said they're near by but we waited for hours!! Aircon not fixed, beddings not changed until the final night. Fan provided was too noisy I could not sleep, so we gave up on that, too. Kitchen sink was clogged, metal shelves in the bathroom is rusted, contents of the soap dispenser looked like its been there for quite a long time. We used our own. The owner should have emptied the wardrobe for us to use but it was padlocked. The top of the wardrobe was also stuffed with clutter. The towels provided did not feel clean and were heavily stained so we went out to buy our own. This room should not have any other items that are not relevant for renting - the glass cabinet full of personal paraphernalia mostly religious related and the picture of the last supper on the wall should not be there! This place should not have any religious affiliation at all. It will be disrespectful to anyone who are not in the same religion as her. There should not have that double mattress under the bed as an option because it would mean that the dining tables and chairs and the reclining chairs will have to be moved out of the way to be able to use it which will then block the doorway (a fire hazard), unless, its another storage solution which in fact not relevant for this apartment. The kitchen drawers were difficult to open and when we managed to open it, the bottom of the drawer was in fact separated from the main part. It is a broken furniture. We carefully put the drawer back and did not touch it again to avoid any further damage on already damaged facilities. TV remote control battery was almost dead and did not function properly, so we went to buy replacement batteries - but took it with us when we left. This property does not meet Booking.

No access on Netflix , prime etc.. no complimentary coffee , water etc. It's a NO for me! .

We appreciate the room for its price but there are more to improve like there are things that are just there as extra. The utensils/mugs/plates are quite old and no big glass or mug. The beds quality is not that good and the couch. You can re-design the area with less things or minimalist color and look. The kitchen/range hood is not safe for tall people like my partner, he bumped his head into it and did not notice since he was trying to charge his fone. I think it is safe if you could lower it or place something rubber at the corner part coz it is a bit sharp. The towels and blanket are too old as well, we even bought new one. The tiles in the shower area is a bit slippery, you can place a mat to avoid accident. The price is cheap considering the location of the unit but people might appreciate if you could take my comments and suggestions for improvement. The host Ms. Gina is so warmed and accommodating and helpful. Please take this feedback as a positive criticism so you can improve your place and raise the value of it. I felt like there are termites as well since it is a covered place and the curtains felt and other cloth covers might need to rewash it again or new curtains maybe. But again, the price is great. It took 2 hrs to get checked in. The host failed to endorse me so had a problem with security reason with staff.

If you travel without car I am not sure it is the best location, I couldn’t do much by walk. There are buses and jeepneys though that you can use.
