Pathetic experience, I had to pay 3200 extra to stay there. Oyo helpdesk also asked to leave hotel

I traveled alone..and.the housekeeping boy took my key and I asked him to bring water bottle and that time I asked my key and he refused to give saying it stays with us..how can I trust the safety of my room in this case.
Also, the waterbottle was charged. One bottle is supposed to be given in every night of stay right. I made the booking at booking.com.but was routed through oyobut finally the receptionist made a separate booking upon checking and said oyo charges are not applicable here. Room sheets were dirty. But as they first refused to give my key, I.didnt want to call them and complain late night being a single lady traveller. Also , I checked in around 8 30 pm and they came and knocked my room at 10 pm.simply asking If I want something even when I didn't call them ,.worst stay ever
