Overall, we enjoy our stay and we will consider Tru by Hilton, next time we come to Phoenix.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, very well presented. The kitchen staff work tirelessly and they were impeccable... Thr location is nice, the interior design and decor were on point 👌 ... I wouldn't call it family friendly because of certain guests and their behavior. But that's just my ethics and preferences.

Cons:

I didn't like the bed in the room. They would need better bed. Also an 8 fl.Oz bottle of water for $3.00 is absurd. The overall staff was very nice but a couple of them in the night shift will need a little more training in Customer service...
