Cons:

La propreté douteuse de la moquette dans les lieux communs et de la piscine. La chambre était très sombre et un peu glauque mais elle avait l'air propre.

The breakfast was okay. As a celiac, there were minimal options available. The eggs were great, but boring by themselves. Although I couldn't eat them, the waffles looked and smelled amazing.

Cons:

More fresh fruit options. The potatoes were coated and soggy.

Prima kamer, maar alle bijkomende zaken (ontbijt comfort hygiëne) substandard voor de prijs

Bij aankomst weinig geïnteresseerde medewerker, keek me niet aan terwijl ze tegen mij praatte, uiteindelijk wel goed geholpen

Ontbijt was qua keuze en versheid beperkt en bijna alleen maar hoog calorisch aanbod (veel gesuikerde of vette producten)


Key om kamer te openen werkte twee keer niet, blijkbaar heel gevoelig. Dat hebbik eigenlijk nog nergens zo meegemaakt, met andere woorden aan zijn blijkbaar keus die niet do gevoelig zijn. Medewerker heeft mij wel zeer goed en begripvol geholpen met het probleem complimenten!

Very pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled. There was a mini refrigerator, which was on the larger side. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen and the comforter were clean. The staff was very friendly, and they kept water and mint/lemon water available all day.

Cons:

The building design was a bit confusing, and it was not easy to find our room. Better signage would be great. Our room lacked the do-not-disturb door tag, and we were told to let them know if we didn't want housekeeping.

Reasonable, good, staff very helpful
Pros:

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Accidentally left personal pillows behind on the way to destination. Staff held them for us to pick up on the way back home. Fantastic! One of the pillows was a new, expensive ergo pillow.

Cons:

For some reason Apple and Google GPS could not accurately locate the address. Both led us on a wild goose chase. Had to ask people where to find it, also called check in desk for directions
