L'emplacement, c'est loin des quartiers animés et pas si facilement desservi. L'hôtel est vieillissant.

Agradable hotel
Pros:

Ubicación tranquila, cerca de la estacion de Juso y de la zona comercial. Ideal para pasear por el canal viendo el skyline de Osaka al amanecer o al atardecer.
Tiene una tele de 75" pero sin conexion a la wifi.

Cons:

Si vas a estar mas de una noche elige la habitacion Deluxe Twin, es la mas grande siendo todas pequeñas.
El desayuno para los europeos es bastante raro, pero va incluido si o si.

最高！
Pros:

ホテルはコンパクトですが、サービスも設備も良くて大満足でした。
スタッフも親切です。周辺はエキセントリックですが、北野高校もあり
コンビニもたくさんあり便利な場所です。十三駅から阪急電車で梅田も
近く、車を置いての大阪市内観光には最高だと思います。

Excellent for an overnight, and I was tempted to stay longer.
Pros:

Staff was extremely amicable, even though we got in very late at night. The beds were very comfortable - not particularly firm but not too soft either - and the room was a comfortable size, certainly larger than average. And I really appreciated the amenities in the room. We only stayed overnight on a quick stop through but could not have asked for a better deal - and all that before I even mention the free parking and breakfast included!

Cons:

Honestly I can't think of anything that the staff or hotel itself could do much better. The foyer area is a little small which made it hard to take my shoes off without stepping into the room. The bed is backed against a low wall that is a LITTLE too low for my liking, and I could have used a firmer pillow. But these are minor complaints.

リーズナブルでよかった
Pros:

申し分ない朝食がついており、お部屋も清潔でした。リファのドライヤー、ヘアアイロン、ミクロシャワーヘッドもよかったです。
コンビニも近くにあり便利です。無料提携駐車場が道挟んで向かい側のラブホテルの駐車場です。

Cons:

周りがラブホテルだらけで、少し気が引けました。
