Staff are the highlight of this hotel. So kind and helpful!
Pros:

Staff were very kind and helpful

Cons:

Rooms are so small. Just two small shower towels provided and no floor towels. Lower floor rooms can hear all the noise from traffic so it can be hard to sleep.

Exceptional service and hospitality
Pros:

The helpful/friendliness of the reception you receive its outstanding if you want a stress free stay book here I was abit short on money as I needed to transfer they let me stay until I sorted my funds as a solo traveler first timer it was excellent the air conditioning is out standing commimg back from outside in the humidity to the almost winter like temperature the air-conditioning has is outstanding its affordable and welcoming I extended my stay another night they had no fuss about it if you want outstanding hospitality I recommend the nexus hotel less than a minute away from good coffee, pho and just culture in general I recommend here

Cons:

Slight leak in the toilet, but that's understandable. I get that back in my own country. it's never perfect, but it sure feels like it
The balcony is more a ledge but it makes you feel more confined to the environment it made me admire the street side and bustling city

Pros:

The room is quite large and well decorated, while also being clean and well-kept. The location is good, with many cafes in the area and being easy to get to as its on the main road. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and were proactive in making sure that my stay was the best it could be. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Cons:

The hotel is on a main road that sees heavy traffic in the morning, so it can get loud in the mornings. However, that's just the norm of being in HCM, so it wasn't a big deal.

Oh, I absolutely loved staying there! Everything was close (convenience stores, bus stops - not a long ride to other parts of the city either), the room had everything I needed, and the staff members were the sweetest and nicest people.
