Hotel Guru kripa Scammed me!
Pros:

This property is a scam. I booked this property on 6th Dec 2023 with full payment (approximately 20 days before my arrival). Now when I arrived in Jaipur after about travelling 700 Km away from my home I called the manager for confusion regarding the location. The manager picked up my call after trying many times and straight forwardly said our property is sold out sorry! I was like 💔🤯. Then requested him to come to the property and let this issue settle down he said you paid to the OYO talk to them only and cut the call and did not pick the call later on! My whole family including kids and elderly ones were on the roads of Jaipur with tonnes of pain and 😞. The property manager is one of the cruelest people I have ever seen in my life. I lost all my trust from booking the hotels from this website and this hotel. In fact after this event I would think 100000 times before I book a property from this platform. I raised this issue in front of the consumer court and got my money back but what about the pain, disappointments and broken I felt.

Beyond Expectations
