I think the place is comfortable and good enough for a stay in a small town but improvements on my comments above would
Pros:

The room at 1st floor is clean, bright and smells good

Cons:

1. The room at the ground floor/basement has musty smell and the wall has water leaking stains. They should have painted it nicely first before receiving customer.
2. Extra bed is actually just a mattress, without a foldable bed frame. It’s fine but maybe need to be informed earlier to clear things up.

2night stay at DSega
Pros:

All basic necessities are available.

Cons:

Compared to my 3 previous experiences staying in this hotel, this time I was given rooms at the ground floor. Both rooms are smaller compared to the ones at first floor. Quite difficult to move around due to the design of the room.
