Pros:

We had a fantastic stay , the staff were brilliant they looked after us all day and night and the morning after the breakfast was superb.

Cons:

Poor customer service. Tried charging me twice for the room. Made me feel like I’d done something wrong yet no apology once they’d realised their mistake.
Other family members had paid a lot less money for larger rooms.
Booked breakfast in advance and was still charged on the day price.

Enjoyed as always but dog smell ruined it
Pros:

Close to Blackpool

Cons:

Corridor where room was smelt really strongly of dogs and had requested a room with no dogs as very allergic to certain breeds
