Le personnel et membres très chaleureux et accueillant
Hôtel bien placé sur l île sainte marie . Proche de l aéroport et de la ville principale, et de l île aux nattes . Buffet petit déjeuner copieux, bon déjeuner et dîner. Animations sympathiques, pédalos, kayak …Les chambres sont confortables et avec climatisation . Toute l équipe est remarquable, mention spéciale à TAHINA et NICOLAS !
Dommage pas réellement de plage.

J’ai apprécié le cadre de l’hôtel, très bel emplacement , personnel très accueillants et avenants , les chambres étaient très spacieux , agréables , également la climatisation , les activités sont bien , la piscine très propre , le petit déjeuner est copieux et satisfaisant .
En revanche le rapport qualité au niveau de la restauration ne m’ont pas très satisfaits , plats souvent plus chers que la moyenne et côté choix nous n’en avons pas beaucoup si nous avons l’habitude de consommer un peu local . La carte est à revoir pour une clientèle moins européenne .
Tout était nickel, l'amabilité du personnel et de la responsable de l'hebergement, la propreté impeccable, l'immense piscine, l'animation le soir, les salons très confortables, les trasats...
Les oreillés en nylon (les taies glissent dessus et un bruit de froissement lorsqu'on bouge)
Le petit dejeuner à emporter le matin à 6h dont un morceau de pain sec...
Personnel très agréable, un service irréprochable, de très belles chambres, je conseille vivement cet hotel lors d'un séjour à l ile Sainte Marie

Если не считать моря, то отличный отель. Персонал и ресторан отеля отличные. Остальное см. минусы.
Два минуса, которые важны для меня:
1. Нормального доступа в море фактически нет: есть красивый пляж, как на картинке, но нормального входа в океан нет. Очень мелко все в водорослях, дно неровное. Есть вероятность наткнуться на морских ежей. Без коралловых тапочек вообще невозможно зайти в воду.
2. Достают местные жители: проникают на пляж и предлагают массаж и всякие товары. Это очень надоедает. Причем орут даже, если ты в номере.
За такую стоимость отеля могли бы почистить дно в океане перед пляжем от водорослей и выставить охрану, чтобы местные жители не доставали туристов на территории отеля.
