Nefasto, Pésimo, Lamentable, ESTAFA
Pros:

El trato recibido por los empleados del bar y restaurante.

Cons:

Viajo con mis dos hijas menores de edad y reservo una villa con tres habitaciones.

Llegamos al hotel por la tarde. A nuestra llegada nos llevan a la villa, que está a unos 450 metros del complejo, aislada y fuera del mismo, y nos comentan que no hay teléfono y que nos comuniquemos por WhatsApp. La conexión a internet no funciona y no hay manera de comunicarse con el hotel.

En la casa han puesto un vigilante, pero no habla ni francés ni inglés, con lo que comunicarse con él, aunque es muy amigable, es imposible.

La única manera de ir a cenar es aventurarse por una calle oscura, lo cual, con dos hijas pequeñas, es bastante desagradable.

Nuestro segundo día, para ir al desayuno, la misma operación: andar casi 500 metros para llegar al restaurante, pero por lo menos con luz.

Mas tarde, ya en la VILLA VIP, no hay acceso a la playa y, al intentar acceder a la misma, me torcí un tobillo. Tuvimos que ir a comer, otra vez andando, con bastantes molestias.

Ese mismo día, después de comer, pedimos si nos podían enviar hielo a la habitación. Lo primero que nos preguntaron fue para qué lo queríamos y después qué tipo de hielo. El caso es que, después de esperar toda la tarde, el hielo solo lo conseguimos cuando fuimos a cenar —otra vez andando— y se lo pedimos al personal del bar y restaurante, que sí era amable y cooperador.

El día de la salida nos vinieron a buscar porque teníamos que pasar por recepción a pagar, en otro caso, probablemente tocase otra caminata.

Creo que no es un trato propio de una villa que cobran como VIP (1.400 € por dos días), y que no es ni de cerca.

Todo esto lo pusimos en conocimiento del gerente, Mr Berthy, reclamando lógicamente una compensación económica por el nefasto trato recibido.
La contestación fue que la VILLA se encuentra a escasos 200 metros del hotel y forma parte del complejo (lo cual es mentira, como se puede ver en la foto que adjunto).

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage, Personal, Frühstücksbuffett, Pool.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Dies ist im Bad gut ersichtlich. Baden im Meer ist nicht immer gut möglich, weil kleiner Strand und grosser Unterschied Flut und Ebbe.

L’hotel migliore dell’isola, staff rincoglionito, posizione spiaggia pessima

Pulizia, struttura nuova, campi da padel e tennis, piscina

Cons:

Staff lento, colazione preparata sempre in ritardo, problemi al check out col pagamento per € a loro dire vecchi e non accettano le monete, spiaggia inesistente e zona non bellissima per la balneazione, molto meglio il Princess Bora anche se di qualità più bassa

Excellent hotel & management.
Pros:

Really excellent Hotel! The suites are right on the beach. Nice restaurant / bar in the facility. Tons of activities available - whale watching, snorkeling, kayaking, etc. The manager Shanna checked in daily to see how the stay was going and offer local advice. She was exceptionally personable and made the stay memorable.

Au départ nous avons réservé 3 nuits en demi-pension au Mantis Soanambo, puis, nous avons rajouté 3 nuits supplémentaires. Ce fut une expérience formidable pour nous, qui sommes des grands voyageurs. Cet endroit nous plonge totalement dans les valeurs de Madagascar, tout en étant dans un confort inouïe. Nous avons tout adoré ( l'équipe du restaurant au petit soins pour les allergies alimentaires ( Mialy, Tahina, Annie, Jenna, Nicolas, Donale,.. ) les buffets au petit-déjeuner et déjeuner...les soirées et les cocktail à ne pas manquer, la tisane offerte du jamais vu sur l'île. Pareillement, l'équipe de l'hôtel ont été incroyable, nous avons pu faire pleins de choses à Sainte-Marie grâce à leur super recommandation ( Sarah, Shanna, Castelano, Ismael). Nous reviendrons de sûre !
A faire absolument aussi avec eux , l'excursion baleines, ils sont top avec des guides et ecovolontaires très professionnels.

Bonus : Ils ont des 🐢 🐢 🐢 🐢 🐢 dans leur jardin

Un hôtel si charmant et luxueux avec des personnels 100% Malagasy c'est un grand privilège.

Personal touch, caring, very good value for money
Pros:

There is an open concept with original art and handicrafts that make it feel modern but authentic. Location is very close to airport and ile de Natte. It’s very close to the main road, so some noise, and opposite a field which is used for public festivities. The rooms are comfortable and good storage.

Shana the front of house Manager made us feel welcome and looked after. She heard about our interest and activism for marine conservation and invited us to attend a local CÉTAMADA conference which was very insightful.

The whale watching activity was amazing!

Cons:

We had a few ups and downs with things not working in the room, but they were resolved immediately and to our satisfaction.

The hotel is very close to the main road so it is noisy, but you get used to it.

Un séjour de rêve à Sainte-Marie
Pros:

Superbe vue sur la mer depuis les chambres. Bon restaurant, personnel très attentif. Tout les équipements fonctionnaient bien..

Cons:

Le lagon devant l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique mais la profondeur est vraiment très basse. Difficile donc de vraiment s'y baigner.

Hyggelig personale , de hadde skilpadder på hotellet, paddel , vann aktiviteter som kajakk og kano som var gratis, god mat

Dusj hode sprayet vann i alle retninger og det kom små dyr inn på natten , men det var nok vår feil siden vi hadde døra åpen. Bassenget står også foran ved lobbyen noe som var litt rar plassering så følte det var rart å bade og sole seg der
