not good, small ,, ugly and unclean bathroom.
no wi fi at our floor. TV not working. Breakfast was not good , one of the employee of the hotel was drinking water directly touching mouth to the jug.

Never going to trust any property by hotel Orion.

Cons:

Starting with the conduct of the staff, I checked in on 7th July 2026 at 10:00 p.m. the night staff from the front desk to the room service were drunk. Firstly, as I checked in they provided with a messy room with a very small washroom. On requesting to change the room, they took 3 hours to change. As I was checking in straight from a 8 hours long journey, this experience was really absurd. Now, coming to the breakfast the variety, the presentation, the quality everything was not at all expectable. Lastly, coming from a reputed chaain of hotel, this was the worst experience of hotel stay so far.

The hotel is good if you are looking for a budget stay it is not luxuriou but the room was clean and the staff was cooperative I would consider booking again for a short trip
