El servicio del salonero por la noche (barra), fue despectivo y horrible, no conoce absolutamente nada acera de servicio al cliente. Y el administrador de las disculpas no pasó, tan siquiera tomar acción después de lo mencionado.

While I applauded the management for their creativity to bring business and support the property; we were not expecting what Sunday brought to the peace we had been experiencing. Again, I applaud the management; yet would have appreciated notice of the loud noise and activity that comes about on Sunday (maybe only during busy season?? Not sure). They have a very nice pool area that is also open to the public for a fee. Apparently on Sundays MANY local families come to enjoy …and very loud music is a part of that. Okay.. that ends. Yet also… the next phase is karaoke Sunday nights.

All in all, loved the stay. Personally, I would avoid a Sunday stay. That is just my voice however.

Chambre pas propre, trop d’humidité, matelas trop mou, les draps et les oreillers sentent mauvais.

Booked and had my booking confirmed by the hotel but on arrival the hotel was closed. Had to cast around, after dark, to find another hotel.
Very poor.

We couldn't find this place it's not in Google maps, they dont have a website as far as i can tell. The phone number listed in the reservation was incorrect ( this is probably booking.com fault) but was very frustrating when you are driving in circles on bumpy dirt roads. We ended up just finding another hotel.

When I complained about it to them they gave me attitude that several other people were able to find them. Well im guessing they weren't driving around in the dark with bad gps coordinates for an hour. I feel like this was booking.com issue but the hotel should check to see if they are providing the correct information. Or like i said use technology like google location and real website so people can find them.

My girlfriend is local to the area and even she couldnt figure out where this place was.

I cant speak to the quality of this place, it looks nice if you can find it!

Liked everything. I would only maybe adjust the choice in pool music lol. But it was over by 6 pm.

When we arrived, the staff did not have our reservation. In their book our reservation had been cancelled, although we never cancelled our reservation. Luckily, they were able to accomodate us, and we only had to ask 2 students if they could share a double bed.
