An excellent start to our India adventure
Pros:

What a place to stay - an oasis in the middle of Old Delhi. Staff made us very welcome from the airport pickup, reception and allowing me to fly a kite

Restaurant was exceptional - we had the taster menu on our second visit

Wonderful Haveli
Pros:

A wonderful Haveli in the back streets of Old Delhi. Clean spacious rooms and a light airy courtyard area.

Cons:

The service of some staff is poor and we were made to feel an inconvenience when wanting to order drinks on the roof terrace.

Whilst the food tour they offered was interesting, at £40 per person it was very bad value for money and we were then asked to pay an additional $11 dollars on top for the tuk tuk that transported us between food stalls. I would therefore save your money and eat in the hotel restaurant instead.

Todo perfecto. El restaurante, muy bueno. Un camarero muy atento me recomendó, durante cada una de las dos cenas que hice, qué platos tomar para así probar diferentes cosas. Me encantó!

Autentisk historie i Old Delhi
Pros:

Det er et fint hotel med masser af autenticitet og charme. At kalde detc5 stjernet er en overdrivelse 4 er nærmere korrekt. Personalet er søde og venligt, altid parat til at hjælpe. Priserne er for høje i forhold til indholdet og kvalitet. Beliggenhed er fantastisk.

Cons:

Køkkenet er okay og morgenmaden er standard i forhold til et 4 stjernet hotel men langt fra et 5 stjernet niveau. Priserne er sat for høje. Fik desværre en mave forgiftning af en hovedret som ikke var af en acceptabel kvalitet.

Difficult experience
Cons:

We arrived late at night and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. The hotel is located in narrow alleyways where cars cannot access directly, so we had to walk through crowded streets with people sleeping on the ground and pass areas that felt unhygienic and uncomfortable.

The room itself was not clean. Towels and bed linen appeared dirty, and there was visible mold in the bathroom, which could also be smelled in the bedroom.

Due to these conditions, we decided to leave after one night and move to another hotel.
