Very close to the park (10-15 minute walk to the gates to enter) and since it’s across the street from the park you get a nice view
Very loud on the street side, and the interior courtyard option for rooms is literally a balcony facing into a larger room - it doesn’t open to iutdoors. We also tried to extend our stay (arrived 3 days earlier) and that was fine but we needed to get a bigger room because the one we originally booked wasn’t available. Then, when it was time to switch they told us we could stay in the larger room because our original room wasn’t available. After another day, they told us to pay the additional change in price between the small and large room? They also said the hotel was very full but the rooftop was closed the entire stay, the restaurant was empty, and I barely saw another guest in the full 5 days.
Luckily they helped us out after the confusion and we didn’t end up having to pay the difference.
Overall, it was fine but not worth the price.

Our suite was well maintained, clean, and matched its description and online photos. The food and beer in the view restaurant were good and both were fairly priced. The location adjacent to the large Chapultepec Park and several museums is a good choice for many travelers. For those seeking proximity to many restaurants and a lively street scene, hotels northeast of here (possibly near the Sheraton Maria Isabel) would be a better choice. In our case, we were active all day after breakfast, had our dinner at various locations around town, and took an Uber back to the hotel, so it all worked out great for us.
There is considerable road noise at night, but I suspect this could exist at many hotels in this city of 22 million people.

A little bit of noise from car traffic in the street can be hard in the room.

Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff with a good breakfast served.
Very noisy at night because of traffic and the room rattles as the traffic especially trucks drive past - and there are a lit if traffic. Wrong side of the park with few restaurants around - so you will have to Uber.
