About as good a motel as possible
Pros:

It's not the Ritz, but as far as relatively inexpensive motels go, you won't find better! The manager was super responsive, with easy check in and check out. Rooms are clean and updated. You can tell it's an older building, but it's nice!

This place more then met my expectations

This was probably the nicest 2 star property I have ever stayed in...and I don't often stay anywhere below 3! Hubby and I decided to extend our roadtrip one more night and so we found this place only 24 hours prior to checking in. It truly is a renovated property as I could tell by how clean and new it was. The finishes and touches were perfect and well thought out. Our doggy even got a welcome bag. The lighting was excellent, and there were places all over the room to plug in devices for charging. We stayed in a King room, the bed was comfortable and I liked that there were 3 layers of covers.

Cons:

Nothing major just a little feedback - the shower was great but the showerhead is SUPER short. I'm only 5'4 and it barely cleared my head. My poor 6' husband had a harder time
-Shower towels were quite small
-the Nespresso machine was a bit difficult to figure out. Perhaps a card with instructions could help, but appreciated there was a coffee and tea station in the room

Comfortable, clean and tastefully updated Motel
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with the Woodrose. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and taste fully updated. We had a quiet good night's sleep on a comfortable bed.

Raj was very welcoming. The room was clean and VERY nicely remodeled - great use of space and accessories.
