Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful, efficient, and cheerful.

Cons:

Initially being in the room above the big speaker in the ballroom. Lovely view though and excellentposition for access. Would suit someone who was staying up for the entire entertainment. We were relocated with no qualms, to a different room.

Excetherllent choice and well cooked

Cons:

There was a poor. Choice of vegetables for one meal
Entertainment was excellent for the first two nights but on the third night Lorna & Laister had to resort to lavatory humour.

Nice stay, friendly staff,
Pros:

The property was very clean, purposeful, relaxing, light, warm and comfortable

Cons:

The layout not easy to find your way around the hotel but obviously it has been refurbished and rearranged

Good laugh at comedians.
Pros:

Entertainment very good.

Cons:

Being woken at 7,40 am by cleaner on day of departure. Unlocking the door and coming in to the room.

Pros:

Hotel restaurant staff very welcoming especially karol and karen. Paul in reception was always happy to help with anything we asked. All in all a fabulous time. Entertainment Laister and Lorna and Graham were amazing. We will definitely come back x

Cons:

Rachel in bar was quite rude when asked to turn off fan for elderly customer. Some reception staff didn't even say good morning
