Cozy stay at The Florence
Pros:

Location is walkable within 2-3 mins to the Venice Grand canal mall. Very affordable. Get Grab taxi to other sites around Manila.

Cons:

When we checked in, the property reception demanded additional payment for each ‘Airbnb’ guests which is a new policy for the building . Not being informed about this by the host before arrival, this was awkward because I didn’t know if I was being scammed. Lucky I had peso cash - because I don’t have a peso bank account! Also, on top of the amount they wanted there was a ‘transaction fee’ to pay the amount in cash- which at first I didn’t understand but later came to know that this is a fee to convert cash at the bank to funds. Again, not what you want when checking into a property. There weren’t enough bed sheets so the first night we had just make do but the host resolved this the next day.

Highly recommended apartment, nice and comfy
Pros:

The staff were incredibly amazing! flexible with check-in and check-out times, providing helpful and friendly assistance. The apartment was comfortable, complete with relevant furniture for our four-night stay.

Cons:

Some people preferred the bad version, but we felt it was a bit too firm.

Есть все необходимое. Классный район, рядом круглосуточный 7/11, до района BGC 20 минут пешком.
Находится в 3 минутах от тц Венеция. Красивая входная группа, и есть зона регистрации, очень улыбчивый персонал.

Cons:

При заезде когда включили свет в ванной , были тараканы, штук 5-6, в спальне тоже встречались очень маленькие . После того как ликвидировали их, больше не было. В ванной когда включаешь воду идёт какой то писк от смесителей.

The stay was great

Love the interior design, and the furnitures

Cons:

The aircon is not too cold even if we set it on its lowest temperature. Maybe a little improvement or change it if the aircon is a bit old. But the whole stay was great

Pros:

Location and shops were very convenient. The pool was very nice. The TV was large!

Cons:

There were issues with the cleanliness of the room when we checked in. We had to vacuum the couch of hair and fluf. We had to remove used soap and body scrub from the shower. My wife cleaned the shower screen for soap residue. The washing machine had hardened soap in the soap dispenser.

Superb
Pros:

Clean, maintained, and comfortable unit in a safe and quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also much closer to airport than Makati. The owner was very accommodating. I would happily book this place again on my next trip.

Cons:

A neighboring unit appeared to be under renovation, and the work was noisy, including one day when power tools were being used almost constantly.

Great place & perfect location!
Pros:

Location, value for money, amenities, cleanliness and great communication.

Cons:

Toilet seat wasn't secured to the floor so we got a bit of a scare when it tilted to the side.
Bed was stiff but that's just a personal preference.

Best Place
Pros:

The tower and the area is one of the best location. Its ao clean and close the Venice Mall. You can take a grab and go anywhere around for 400 pezos.

Cons:

Just bed. Bed its not good if you have some back problems and eapacially if you use a soft bed.
