Toplocatie in het erg mooie noordwesten van Madeira!
Pros:

Heerlijke rustige kamers, met een mooi uitzicht. Erg goede bedden, erg mooie douche, leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Handig is de parkeergarage onder het pand. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de Noordwest-kant van het erg mooie Madeira. Leuk: een soort Madeira wijn cocktail die je krijgt als je aankomt: erg goed

A stay to remember
Pros:

We stayed here during our 25th anniversary vacation. Francisco and staff were absolutely amazing. Our room was made up with swans made out of towels and flower petals. We returned to our room with champagne bottle which we enjoyed in the rooftop jacuzzi. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A faint smell of sewage one night in our room.

Pros:

The place is very close to the natural baths and we got a large room with a very comfy bed!

Cons:

Honestly the whole design of the place and the overall interior is really of a 3 star hotel - it's okay looking but it doesn't hit a 4 star quality.

Pros:

our stay was amazing. everything from the welcoming staff, to the facilities was great. having a parking in Porto Muniz turned out to be super important. plus the free entry to the pools was a great unexpected addition. the hotel is part of 3 hotels in the town that offer free facilities and experiences. the breakfast was great. come early to catch the sunrise from the balcony!

Mooi verblijf met prachtige ligging aan de natuurlijke baden

Cons:

Hygiëne aan het ontbijtbuffet was wat minder.
Studio’s zijn heel beperkt qua grootte en studio voor 3 personen is maar uitgerust voor gebruik door 2 personen vb slechts 2 stoelen

Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and we loved the opportunity to swim in the beautiful natural pools of Porto Moniz.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wonderful view of the ocean and the natural pools. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again one day!

Great place and the small jacuzzi on the roof was wonderful
Pros:

Great location as the studios have a small car park on -1 floor and it is just 1 minute walk to the natural pools. You can also use all the facilities of the Aqua Natura sister hotels. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

Most everything was excellent. Housekeeping didnt refill our nespresso pods for our morning after remaking the room. Would have been a nice touch but understandably a small detail.
