Já estive algumas vezes nesse hotel e ele sempre atende as expectativas de um local adequado para hospedagem em viagem de negócios. Simples, prático, funcional, com staff atencioso e bem treinado.

Cons:

Esse hotel tem uma questão sobre o valet service. É frequente não haver ninguém a postos no guichê de recepção. E, pela manhã é comum haver fila de pessoas aguardando seus carros para deixarem o local. De alguma forma esse serviço precisa ser reorganizado.

Ótima localização.
Muito bem equipado os itens para uso da estadia e muito confortável o quarto.
Atendimento do pessoal muito bem feito, assim como oferecimentos dos serviços de quarto.

Cons:

Falta de informação do estacionamento não estar incluso na diária, somente na chegada ao hotel que foi informado a terceirização do serviço, e a diária dele ser cara.
Não havia informações sobre o horário do café da manhã.
Faltou toalha de rosto, tinha somente de corpo.
Banheiro limpo somente nas áreas de vista, nos cantos dava pra ver a sujeira, no quarto também.
Colchão um pouquinho duro.
