Its been a good experience overall
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and supportive.

Cons:

Some of the facilities were not in place which was not informed earlier plus, the fix was also not given during my 3 days stay rest all ok

Great location, great staff, Value for Money.
Pros:

I stayed there during the curfew and staff was very cooperative and supportive during those difficult times. The major incident took place near hotel and even hotel faced damaged due to stone pelting yet the staff was very humble and professional with guests.

Cons:

Washrooms were a bit dirty and that can be improved.
