Out of a fairytale property with amazing food and staff
Pros:

Beautiful property it’s like out of a fairytale. The staff was so amazing and the food 100/10

Cons:

The location was far from the city centre which made the daily commute a bit too long but it was worth it to stay in such beautiful property

The staff, the team was lazy and so unprofessional.
The butler that was initially with us was 0% hospitable.

Staff made us feel like royalty
Pros:

The staff is very courteous. They have made us feel like Royalty. Rooms and facilities are good too. The villa room lacks a big mirror which is a bit irritating for someone who has to do makeup. Overall best stay ever

Cons:

Nothing as such. Spa was not up to the mark though.

Fantastic hospitality.

Cons:

The washrooms need a seating stool & a shelf near the full length mirror for keeping toiletries. Also a magnifying mirror is very handy

Amazing. Fantastic. Very Homely. Looking forward to the next visit.
Pros:

We were contacted in advance of our check-in around 2 days before by Arnav who made sure we were provided and excellent room given the size of our family, a special cake was ready in our room to celebrate our daughter's birthday and most importantly they were very considerate to allow for a late check out considering our child had taken sick immediately.

The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from mixing local, pan indian and international dishes. The staff under the direction of Jitender was very accommodating to not only set up tables for us outside but also packed us food to take back to the room to our daughter who was feeling sick and could not come for the breakfast. Jitender also went the extra mile as we got in back from our dinner and even the bar had closed taking orders he was able to get them to cater to us by bringing back the bartender for mocktails to fulfil the requests of the children for mocktails.

Good for a visit but more a marriage venue than a luxury vacation stay
Pros:

Great staff, very polite and caring. Good food. Great villa

Cons:

Desolate location, difficult to reach. Nothing much to talk about. The building wasn’t much and the restaurants hardly seemed like well adorned and furnished
