Personal desagradable aunque estancia cómoda

Nos dieron una suite superior a la reservada porque no había disponible otra y en ese aspecto salimos ganando

Cons:

Te cobran un depósito alto q te devuelven al mes y pico de empezar tu reserva. No me parece ni medio lógico que tengan tu dinero 35 días. Booking no hizo tampoco nada por reclamarlo.

La struttura e fatiscente, la hall
inganna, il resto fa schifo. gli ascensori vanno lentissimi e creano una coda infinita, la struttura e vecchia, sporca , puzza di vecchio. Mi hanno dato una iunior suite ma era una vecchia stanza con mobili spaccati, moquette lercia, animali in bagno, tappo della doccia mancante, segni di lurido sulla moquette, tende strappate, avanzi di mobili messi a riempire la stanza, internet non funzionante, maniglia del balcone rotta e non chiudeva lasciando entrare tutto il rumore di super traffico. La piscina e fatiscenre e pericolosa manca persino una vetrata di prtezione e un bimbo potrebbe cadere di sotto. La colazione la paghi a parte nonostante prendi la iunior suite. L odore di marcio e vecchio ti prende la gola entrando in stanza. una truffa servita da booking con foto false e mi chiedo chi da recensioni positive senza mettere foto dove ha dormito fino a ora e che casa abbia.

The view is the only thing that can be found nice.

Cons:

This hotel should not be advertised as a 5-star property. The entire place feels extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and far below the standard one would expect from a hotel in this category. The room was dirty and dusty, and the toilet was in particularly awful condition. The kitchen area was also unclean, and several things simply did not work.

The air conditioner was incredibly loud, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably at night. For a hotel that claims this level of quality, such basic issues should not exist.

Breakfast costs 470 baht, which would be acceptable if the food quality matched the price. Unfortunately, the food was very poor and completely tasteless, making the price unjustifiable.

The pool area also looked unpresentable and poorly maintained. Overall, everything felt disorganized and neglected. It is genuinely difficult to understand how this hotel received a 5-star rating. In Europe, this property would barely qualify as a 1-star hotel.
