A simple, functional hotel in a convenient location if heading south from Calais.
Pros:

This must be my 3rd stay on my way to and from a customer further south, It’s simple, close to the highway, has parking, it’s reasonably priced. The restaurant is open (week nights) and the buffet is good value and you can have a litre glass of Stella Artois if you have had a long drive. There’s also an à la cart selection. The breakfast is ok, not as well presented as other hotels but a selection of pastries, meats, fruit, cereals and yogurts. The receptionist was very nice. The rooms are functional for a one night stay.

Cons:

Only that I feared the restaurant would be closed by the time the waiter came to take my order. Maybe I am invisible?

Affamé sans aucune restauration ni distributeur . Le petit déjeuner fut bienvenu.
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable. Rien à redire sur les personnes rencontrées la matin. Le problème, c'est qu'il n'y a personne quand on arrive le soir et qu'il faut composer des codes sous une pluie battante. Dans la chambre, j'ai aimé la baignoire.

Cons:

Le principal problème, c'est qu'il n'y a aucune restauration le soir. Ni même un distributeur automatique délivrant des chips ou des sucreries. On m'avait dit qu'il y avait un McDo vers Intermarché, mais j'étais à pied, trempé et je me voyais mal traverser la N20 de nuit pour aller dans une zone commerciale. Je n'avais pas vu non plus de superette dans la commune, et il n'y avait presque plus rien dans la boulangerie. Au total, mon repas du soir a consisté en une poudre de boisson vaguement chocolatée que j'ai diluée dans l'eau chaude, en regardant le flyer pour les pizzas qui n'étaient pas servies ce soir là. Quitte à ne pas prévoir de restauration dans une zone où il n'y a RIEN à manger, il faudrait prévoir un distributeur avec quelques denrées de base.

Siisti asiallinen pieni huone. Hyvä sänky. Suihkusta tuli lämmintä (kuumaa) vettä. Autopaikka pihassa. Koira sallittu.

Cons:

Hotelli ei vastaa saamiinsa viesteihin (kyselyihin). Varaamisen jälkeen tuli vain automaattiviesti saapumisajasta. Illallisen buffet ei ollut ihan hinta/laatu-suhteeltaan hyvä. Jälkiruokavalikoima oli mainio, mutta alkuruokavalikoimasta puuttui tuore salaatti ja pääruokavalikoimassa naudanliha oli sitkeää. Itse huoneen suhteen ei ole mitään valittamista.

Het zou leuik zijn als er info/flyers werden aangeboden voor eetgelegenheden in de buurt
